Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

The accommodations were nice. They had a wedding party in the conference room and there was no parking in their parking lot or the hotel next door. On top of that there was loud bass music playing until after 1 am. And it took 3 calls to the front desk before the volume was turned down but not enough for a pleasant stay. Music was on well after 1 am. When I mentioned the problems at check out my concerns were not even validated.

The stay was good except the ac sounded like a jet plane taking off until we adjusted the fan and all was good

Hotel was extremely clean. A sticker is placed on the outside of the room door to confirm room has been sanitized. Bed and pillows are very comfortable as always. Close to Orlando attractions. Had an absolutely wonderful stay!! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great Stay! Comfortable, Modern, Clean, Friendly. Been a long time since you can find all these qualities in one place. We only stayed one night but will keep this hotel in mind when we are in the area again.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Like it was brand new. I stayed with my three children (14,11, and 8) and we were very comfortable. Pool was well kept and the fitness center as well. Conveniently located to Disney and walking distance to good restaurants.

Hotel is very clean. Very close to Disney Springs. Checkin took less than 2 minutes. Plenty of parking close to the hotel. Planning to stay again in 2 weeks.

The hotel is fine. We could rest. The bed was comfotable and room was quiet. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. Every day was the same to go box and was VERY basic.

Outstanding hotel and unbelievable value. Clean, modern, quiet, and super close and easy access to Disney.

front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were quiet, clean, and roomy. Even though cover was going on they did provide a to go breakfast.

The hotel itself as a property is new...so (mostly) everything is in working order except for a not so clean smell when you walk through the hallways, gym and front lobby...an elevator that is very slow and sometimes only one is in service...and an A/C unit that leaked and soaked half of the carpet in my room however.....after staying here for more than 5 nights I noticed that the reason why I wouldn’t extend my trip was the unkind, unwelcoming, and unappreciative
