Harding Miami Beach Apartments

great place for the cost. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Clean and well kept up. The location is also good only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

When we arrived at harding miami apartment (room 107). We were surprised to see that the bathroom window couldn't lock and neither could another one of the window because de wooden stick provided for it was to small. Being on the 1st floor, we didn't feel super safe, but we managed to "lock" them using some of our stuff. We wrote to the phone number provided, but got no answers for the whole duration of our stay (we communicated prior to our arrival without any problem). Also, one night we came back later than usual and when we entered the room we found cockroaches in the shower and on one of our luggage. Since those insects come out at night we wonder how many more there were ...! Don't expect a good night sleep, the walls are super thin and you hear everything that's going on outside! Don't forget your earplugs! On the other hand, the apartment is super close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. That was very convenient! Even if the price paid was cheap, I was expecting the place to be a bit cleaner and a lot safer! I won't be staying there again ..

Main A/C not working, had a kitchen which is a plus but pots and pans that I would not /couldn't use, but we were given an 'upgraded' room that had terrible smell which they tried to cover up with excessive use of 'lysol'

Not too bad place to stay. The building and the room are clean. But the sheets are not. Location is good. I read the review before going there and brought my own sheets and mattress cover. So I am ok with it. Liked the kitchen. Overall not too bad. Oh WIFI is only at the entrance not at the room...

My unit did not look like the photos. I assume some units were renovated, but the one I got was in poor shape. You can ignore the instructions where it says "To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation." They are not going to answer the phone anyways (I made multiple calls over two days). You will get a message the night before. The condition of the unit did not matter too much to me since I am a guy who was travelling solo and did not need to stay in the room for too long, but I would not recommend it unless you have a tight budget.

Great value, location and nice looking. It’s clean enough, but could be a bit better, however, it had everything I needed and price was very reasonable.

It’s perfectly described as you get what you pay for. It’s not terrible but I wouldn’t stay there again. Felt a little unsafe at times due to location as well.

Nice place, close to beach and to activities in general, I would highly recommend for those who like Miami Beach.

everything was good, except Harding rd. This street right next to building so it too noisy and you cant open window.
