Central Park Resort & Spa Tulum

Nothing, I’m still waiting on a partial refund. The door was broken, the WiFi didn’t work, water was cold and no one to help you. Had to change hotels. Best to go with the hotels that are not condos. I went to Hotel Maya, OMG Beautiful so don’t even bother to book here!!

The property was amazing and beautiful. I love there’s someone at the entrance 24/7. I stayed here for 3 nights and on the last night I started seeing multiple roaches. I was so upset that I packed up all my things and left in the middle of the night to the airport. Roaches are a deal breaker for me.

Very happy with this place. To be honest, it was a bit more expensive than we had hoped/for a studio apartment, and that was an imperfection. Otherwise, it was excellent. Staff was wonderful, place and apartment spotlessly clean, cleaning crew instantly cleaned when we left, and everything was great. You'd be well-served to have a car or scooter staying here, as its a small drive from main town. Not too far a walk (10min or so). We loved it, and it really does have a jungle feel. Lots of loval beaches and sunset spots just 5-10min drive, too.

We arrive on a Sunday and met with a woman. We booked a 3 bedroom penthouse for 7 days and upon arrival (after sending multiple emails and attempting to call) were told that only 2 people are included in the 3 bedroom penthouse price. We had a friend that would be arriving and staying in the 3rd room and we were charged $35 per day for her and not given a spare key. The penthouse was cleaned one time in our 7 day stay and we were told trash would be taken out daily. That was a lie. We had friends staying in a resort nearby who came over daily to eat, pre-drink, etc. On the second to last night, they were turned away. The front desk said no visitors after 10pm . I contacted the number I was given via whats app who tells me no visitors passed 7pm. I have never experienced this in my adult life. There is one restaurant on the resort with a sign that shows Breakfast 8a-12pm and lunch at 12:30pm. That was a lie. It does not serve breakfast and opens at 1pm. I also got food poising after dinning there on our first day. The resort itself is pretty, but the lack or amenities, communication, the restrictions...I would not recommend it and will not be staying here again. However, our friends stayed at another Los Amigos location which was absolutely stunning and the staff recommended beaches nearby. Our resort did no such thing and were not helpful. I feel with new staff or possibly new management, this place has so much potential.

Well-equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet & spacious apartments. All mod cons: cooking-hob, microwave, coffee-maker, fridge, flat-screen tv with Netflix. We stayed 10-nights, loved it. About a mile to the centre of town, 2 miles to the beach; transport (car or bike) is useful.

The hotel was new and nice! But... We got 3 nights and we stayed only 2. We left early because the location of the hotel it is not worth and the access to the hotel it is not easy at all. There is no asphalt around and a lot of holes. Also the hotel It is far away from the activities we have booked such as the Tulum beach. Thank you.

The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the spa was life changing!

Clean, beautiful place with friendly staff. The resort is close to the local community shops and restaurants but secure at the same time.

Bikes were listed on the site but when we got their, they said they don’t provide them anymore. You would have to pay a third party and have them delivered. The bar had their permit taken away and we didn’t know til we got there. So we couldn’t have drinks. The rooms were a beautiful design but corners and walls of the rooms were dirty. There were small bugs crawling all over the couch and kitchen counter. We came in with better expectations. The best things were the gym and spa. Very beautiful and a great breakfast.
