Hotel U Prince

The staff where amazing fantastic food excellent location but there is a small problem i got home last night late and they charged me extra for the mini bar at 11.30pm

As we were checking in, we were informed by a very nice lady the executive suite, the only with balcony is available for upgrade for only about 600 Kč more, so we took it, and definitely were not disappointed! Beautiful room and the best view! We definitely enjoyed the hotel and will be back!

Check in was disappointing extremely having to pull the bags from near by parking 1mile away even though we paid for valet service. On the check out - lady working at the front desk was completely shocked with what happened therefore she took away the valet charges from night before and made sure that valet will bring the car in front of the hotel as it should be done. Great service recovery from her!! Hotel room is beyond u unique and much bigger than on pics. Including massive terrace/patio area. We I’ll be back for sure!!

Excellent location. Very spacious. Great accommodations. Daily cleaning. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in an amazing central location, right on old town square. The location does have it's bad points though, the noise outside in the square at night is pretty loud so if you want a very quiet night, this is probably not the hotel for you. very comfortable bed in the room

The apartment we had was HUGE. but this is two blocks from the actual hotel. The TV in our room didn’t work and the water pressure was horrible. Other than that, location was great. Felt safe and slept well.

I love this hotel so much! It is in the MOST perfect location in Prague! Soooooo much character! You will not be sorry you stayed here! It is not a modern hotel, but rather a traditional old Czech style! Amazing! Quiet and in the heart of the old city with walking distance to EVERYWHERE you want to be! Milan the bellman/valet etc is the BEST!!!! Kuddos to HUP

The unit is very large enough beds for 5 people, alot more than we needed, not such a good view as we were facing the side alley and looked out over the roof, not very exciting, location in general was great, right on the square. be aware that there is no lift and 60 STEPS to the unit. not great for the older traveller, the Reception staff went well above the norm to help us as we sustained a puncture and they helped to organise the repairs.
