Absolutely marvellous. Very welcoming and comfortable with a luxurious feel. All staff were lovely. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location- walkable to some great attractions and excellent public transport. Comfortable bed and large room.

A small hotel in the city center. The hotel has a stylish interior, the staff is friendly. There is no window in the room, but still it is very cozy. The room is clean, there are slippers, bathrobe, bath accessories and even small things. The rooms were cleaned every day, although we stayed only 2 days. On the ground floor there is always water, tea and coffee. To the subway to go 5 minutes. There is a shop 10 meters from the hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent location! Excellent staff, who also speaks English if needed. I certainly recommend!

Overall, a pleasant stay at this boutique style hotel. The single room is not so large, without a closed cupboard space. However, it was clean and tidy and made use of the space as best as they could. I would stay again.

No safe deposit box in room, picture of the room shows a window but it’s a fake window, had to pay to upgrade the room to one with a window

Great location only plus. Hot in Summer but no AC in rooms. No channels in English. Breakfast below average. Spend an hour one night at 2am killing mosquitos in the room. Overpriced.

This hotel is reasonably close to central St Petersburg (15 min walk) but is located in a courtyard behind the Main Street, and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with this location if I was travelling alone. The room itself was clean and well equipped but the bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable. The soundproofing was poor so you could clearly hear noise from adjoining rooms and the corridor, the doors closed quite loudly which did wake me up. Breakfast was not great for European tastes. Staff were helpful and spoke reasonable English. The hotel does not compare to other 4stars I have stayed in.

Very simple breakfast. No special food. Also the breakfast was not ready at 7:30. Other guests made noise at 2:00 a.m. Near city center.

Perfect location. Big and clean room, the ventilation in the room could be better. The breakfast was not impressive. Summarized - good value for money

Sisäpihasijainti antoi keskustahotellille hyvän rauhan yöpyä. Kivaa oli ilmainen tee ja kahviautomaatti. Huone pieni, mutta kodikas. Hivenen viemärintuoksua vessatiloissa, jotka muuten oli siistit. Näköalaa ei ollut, mutta näin talvella ei merkitystä.
