One of the worst stays ever

The room smelled of mildew from the start, the beds only had a bottom sheet and a bedspread, both of which were damp from the humidity. The hall light shone brightly into the room and there were no curtains to close it out. We only had hand towels but at least the cockroaches kept us company in the bathroom.

There was a lot of traffic noise. Staff was helpful and nice. Bed comfortable.

How would I know how to rate this hotel, Expedia took my payment over $700 and no room for me, I am asking for a refund and have not received any information. Seems no way to communicate with Expedia for payment and no service. Help me recover - spent -0- time at hotel

The men and women at the front desk are wonderful. Helpful, pleasant, friendly, welcoming. Really great. I have stayed there several times and would like to suggest you use two sheets on the bed. One on top of the mattress which you do provide but also one under the blanket. Thank you

Probably an excellent place to score meth.

I paid for the room on the app but left about 15min after I got there. This motel is probably an excellent place to score crystal meth or prostitutes. Before I left I wrestled with the notion that I might be a hotel snob for bailing on the place. I thought I could definitely handle at least one night. I mean, am I really too fancy for this place? I was an infantryman, for crying out loud. Surely I could handle one night in this rat trap. It couldn't be that bad. It was. Trust me. The windows that face the hallways are covered in aluminium foil. You can hear the conversations of every room from the comfort of your room. This place is really bad. The guy at the front desk was nice enough.

I like the style of the bathroom. I did see a roach in the room tho. And, the bed cover sheet was kind of thin. Upstairs rooms are better then downstairs.

The two gentlemen at the front desk on the afternoon and evening shift were wonderful and very helpful to me with my suitcase. They were courteous and delightful. Unfortunately the bed linens were not very clean. The bathroom was clean and has hot water. Bed is comfortable. The air conditioning worked.Signage for the hotel is poor. Convenient to restaurants, shopping mall, movie theatres etc. a nice touch is drinking water from a fountain, wi fi worked. They called a taxi for me. The folks at the front desk really are very nice.

This motel is worth about $40 night and mostly because the guys who work at the front desk and the ladies are pleasant and friendly. But they need to give you a cleaner bed with clean sheets. Mattress was ok. It’s on a noisy street and the windows are small and useless. Good tv with lots of channels.
