Private Beach/lake Erie Retreat

What a beautiful updated property to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary! We had a great time relaxing with friends and bobbing in the lake. The entire upper level was incredible! The kitchen and master bedroom/en-suite were the highlights for sure. Thank you for memories that will last a lifetime!!!

This was me and my family's first annual getaway with all my cousins. Susana's property is so beautiful and everything we hoped for. The neighbors were very welcoming and we even had a fire with them one of the nights. I would definitely come here again and I have already recommended it to all my family and friends thinking of going away. It's kid-friendly and plenty room to relax and have fun. The best part was definitely the stairs going down to the beach!

Perfect from start to finish. Check-in and Check-out seamless. Views were amazing!! Lake Erie was enjoyed from every room. Private entrance to the beach. The house was amazing in ever aspect. Everything you need is provided. Susana was accessible and so helpful. My family and I enjoyed every day and night on the property.

The view was breathtaking. The home inside was very clean but the exterior was 4 out of 5 because of the location near the water and isolated. The stairs going to the beach was a challenge. I would definitely go back.

Great property! Felt like we were on the California coast!

We had such a great time here! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Lots of basics in the kitchen, plenty of dishes/glasses, towels, etc. I am very particular and I was pleasantly surprised. Susana was also very prompt in her replies before we arrived. Very close to the little town, shopping, marina and to Niagara. It was breezy when we were there so we actually had waves in the lake which the kids loved. Better beach chairs would have been nice and maybe 2 more beach towels, but otherwise Amazing! Lots of bugs outside, but it's August on the lake, so that was to be expected. If you keep the doors and sliders closed they won't get inside. If we ever visit the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Wonderful spot to relax, the house was spectacular and has everything you need and more.

We really loved the house and the area!! The only suggestions I really have are the downstairs rooms need some sort of blinds or curtains. There was a night time light outside that was shining in the one room at night. We also had random people coming to the house doing work that we were not informed of. The last few days the water got a silver smell to it also. Overall though, we had an amazing time

We loved our stay here! From the initial booking till our departure, communication was excellent. The home was welcoming, comfortable, and provided for all of our daily needs. The private beach was an important component of our stay...and the view is priceless. Could not have asked for a better experience of living at the beach.

This house is gorgeous. It is extremely clean and well provisioned. Susana was very responsive by text and by phone. Minor issues were resolved within an hour. The lake view is expansive and fascinating ....great fun to watch the many boats heading in and out of the Welland Canal system. Super beach and safe swimming just below the property. I would love to return one day.
