Lake Arrowhead, well known for its mountains and natural beauty, features attractions such as Lake Arrowhead Village and Lake Arrowhead Village Lakefront. This relaxing city has something for everyone including sights like Arrowhead Resort Beach and Blue Jay Bay within a small-town setting.
This was our first trip to the area and we will definitely return -- preferable in non-snowy/icy weather and in the summer or early fall when we can take advantage of the trails and other outdoor options that Lake Arrowhead has to offer.

There is no lake access unless you are on the Queen Mary boat ride or taking a water skiing course or you know someone that lives on the lake

The Village, More shops would be nicer, surprisingly some vacant shops. The shops they do have are nice. It's chilly at the village at Christmas, so some seating with fire pits would also be helpful for warmth. A little music would also be nice.

Lake arrowhead is approximately one and a half hours from my home and it's a great getaway from living in the desert. It is very cool up here and a great break from my business. I would definitely come back.

Lake Arrowhead is pretty but the village is basically a hugely expensive outlet mall with several pretty good restaurants.
