Stay for the location but bring earplugs

Great location, walking distance to almost everything, and friendly owner. But the walls were extremely thin and therefore you heard everything that happened in the foajé, loud enough to wake you up. Cleaning was mediocre, the fan in the toilet was dusty and there was hair in the shower drain.

The location of the guest house was very convenient to the center of Rome. We were near the Spanish steps. Lots and lots of dining options around the location. Very easy check-in. Nice hotel and great location

It was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice, served by our window. You cannot beat the location, so close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. We will stay here again and definitely in this area.
