Run down ghost town

4 star , no way .This is an insult to those who run a good and true 4 star. Old but not maintained at all .Timber windows eaten by termites or rotten ; water stains on the room interior ; television doesn't work ; no hot water ; the pool is not clean and many broken tiles in the pool. The paving is broken up and unsafe to walk on especially in the evening and the list could go on . How do these places get their stars. 2 1/2 stars is more appropriate. Expedia apparently gave me 60% off but that still too much to pay for this place. The beach is filthy with litter and rubbish .Swim at the beach with the rubbish and plastic bags all around you.

Nice little surprise. Thought get it would be rubbish but was the complete opposite. Very nice beach too.

Run down in the middle of nowhere.

The staff was really helpful, unfortunately they didn’t spoke a word English. Without Google translate we would have been in trouble. The resort has a quite remote location. Food is not impressive and even though we were almost the only guests at the resort, half of the courses of the menu card could not be served. Don’t trust the pictures. Look nice from a distance, but the truth is different. Resort is not maintained at all. The wooden windows are rotten or eaten by termites. Windows have not been polished for the last year, neither have the curtains been washed. There were large stains all over the disgusting curtains. Pools were clean and nice but had many broken tiles at pool sides. We are happy that we didn’t have a fire in our room, because the fire extinguisher outside the room was completely rusty, and I doubt it would have worked. What was claimed to be the tennis court, was a piece of earth covered in sand. Doubt there has ever been a tennis court. Even though one of the pictures of the resort shows the “Maly Spa” with spa, massage and gym – it isn’t there. The list is long, and I could go on. We had a beach bungalow and the view to the sea was awesome. If you’re looking for peace, sunbathing and swimming, it’s the place to go - there is nothing else to do. If not – don’t go there. We left a day early. Four stars is an insult to those who runs true 4-star hotels. No more than a 2-star resort.

Lovely garden and pool areas. Clean rooms. Staff was really helpful, unfortunately neither the cleaning staff, the pool staff nor the restaurant staff spoke any english (didn’t even understand «water» or «towel». The tennis court was covered in sand and there was no training room. The resort has a quite remote location and therefore you had to eat at the hotel even though the food was not very impressive (still expensive for Vietnam). We enjoyed our stay but would probably pick something closer to Mui Ne next time.

Peacefulness

The service was great and the staff so kind! A peaceful experience if thats what you are looking for! We had the beach bungalow and it was awesome- the view of the clean beach 🏝

Skønt resort!

Beliggenhed er fantastisk. Personalet søde, omend Google Translate skal frem konstant, da de i praksis ikke taler engelsk. Jeg synes ikke maden var særligt god, men det kan jo være smag og behag. Resortet ligger skønt, med hav og pools og fin shopping i La Gi, der ligger 15 minutter væk, i en taxi.
