Holiday Inn Club Vacations Fox River Resort, an IHG Hotel

The building seemed to have thin walls. There was way too much noise for 3-4 rooms being occupied. There were babies crying and children screaming day and night. The pool was open but overloaded with people especially during COVID.

Needs a bigger tv and more cable station but it was a great stay and always be back

The resort was beautiful and the room is spacious. However the dinning room chairs are extremely uncomfortable. They need to update all the furniture to be more comfortable. The bed was great. Oh and the WiFi sucked and the towel rod inbthe bathroom was broke. Lastly the could get a bigger TV in the living room and the fire place did not work.

room wasn’t very clean housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to detail. Such as the bottom of the toilet, dust on the ceiling fan and blinds, jacuzzi was dirty. Overall we were happy just noticed a few minor things that could have been a little more cleaner

Beautiful spacious unit, free activities, indoor and outdoor pool, a very nice area, there’s a quaint little town called Norway close by. A lot of history there.

Very clean property and room. We didn’t feel uncomfortable with the room. We had a good night sleep. The hotel and room had a clean smell to it, very important to us.

Our stay for the most part was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay in the midst of COVID. I do have some suggestions. 1. They should tell you when you check in that you have towels in your bathroom for both the room and the pool. 2. I think the hotel should invest in bigger TVs for the rooms. 3. They should clean all the balcony furniture and the balcony. 4. We were disappointed we couldn't ride the horses.

The rooms in the villa are spacious, there are a lot od ammenities that the whole family can enjoy. Wi-fi is slow and no signal at times.

The property was amazing. The hotel was hriendly and he water park. I think i left my pad there My friend told me we should drive up there and get it (staying overnight again in the process....) Yes that good

I loved everything about my stay the amenities, my room, the location, the staff, absolutely everything. The only issue i had was that I couldn't hook up my firestick n some of the outlets didnt work but this was an amazing little getaway. Cant wait to do it again.
