Considering the fact the hotel did not appear to be crowded, they seemed to place all the guests in one area, so lots of noise and door slamming throughout the night.

Customer service was terrible. Room key didn’t work, had to go downstairs twice and was eventually moved to another room. No king beds available in room with working ac. My air stopped working. Front desk gave my boyfriend a key to my room without my consent and knowledge- he just walked right in. Horrible experience!!!

The room card stop working a few times which required me to keep going to the front desk for a new room card.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Cops called on a guy who threatened to kill his mom with an AK. And no, that’s not the hotels fault. But what is, is the stained carpet in my room, the dirty sheets and pillowcase and the hair in the bathtub. Every time I left and came back, I’d have to get new key cards because mine stopped working.

Let’s start with the good: The bed was super comfortable!! The room was fairly clean! Great location for what we needed to do! The attendant at the front desk was pleasant when we checked out! Now for the not so good: We checked in at around 11pm. The doors were locked and we had to ring a bell to get in. It took 3 times to get the guy to come to the door. He did not greet us! He didn’t tell us about breakfast. We felt like we were bugging him. My husband saw him watching TV when we came back in from getting our luggage! Never smiled at us! The room was fairly clean! It could have been swept better!! BUT we slept great because the bed was comfortable!!

The hotel is clean and easily accessible from the freeway, and there are lots of good fast food options nearby. There is very little service to be had from the staff, and staying there felt very cheap and no-frill. Ownership has stopped serving breakfast; instead you get little paper bags with a bottle of water, a cup of juice, a small yogurt and two mini-muffins. The pantry is not well-stocked and I was told extra pillows are simply not available. I don't think we'll be back.

Very dirty hotel, I had to go to the reception to get toilet paper. The floor is very dirty that I had to put towels. I found a condom under the clock. I will never ever come back again.

Kind staff, clean room. Highly recommended! Awesome experience
