Residence Antares

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was professional and friendly, breakfast was delicious, location was perfect. Only issue was noise coming from the bell tower right behind the room we stayed. However, it was during the day only.

The position was great. Not as clean as it should have been. Hair on pillows and bathroom rubbish not removed before we arrived. No dishwasher products. No coffee tea etc. in fact basics of when you stay at a property like this we’re not provided. This made the property one we would probably not recommend.

I would not recommend staying here. It’s not horrible but there is definitely better for you money. Service was subpar, not once was my room cleaned or was I given clean towels even after request via phone. Room/Amenities were nice but overall I can’t recommend.

Great place to stay — staff are very helpful

This was my second time staying at Antares. The first was with a group of friends in a 2-bedroom, and it was excellent- nice rooms, lots of space, 2 bathrooms. This time I had a one-bedroom with my husband. The room was great, except for the bathroom. The tiny shower (normal for Italy, but much smaller than the other room) couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It would go hot and cold every few seconds- not ideal for cleaning up after a day of adventuring. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it or helping in any way.

Like: Location. Did not like the smell in the locker room. Stuffy smell. Idea - don't heart it up. All that go there to deposit skies are dressed up. Need to extract air as boot warmers take all the foot stench from the boots and spread it around the locker area.

It was great to have separate bedrooms for ourselves and our teenage daughter. Apartment was really spacious and well appointed. Wrap around balcony was a real treat. Cooking facilities were a bit limited but perfectly adequate for breakfast and snacks. More benches in the ski depot would have been a bonus as there was rarely anywhere to sit down. Hotel staff were excellent and spoke brilliant English. Our arriving flight was really early but the staff got our room ready early and we felt it was no trouble at all

Liked the location and the pool was very nice. We were a bit disappointed in the towel and bedding changes. They didn’t take away the used towels and we didn’t know what to do with them. They did not supply sufficient garabage bags or towel paper.

we loved everything!! Room was spacious and had everything, it could be a bit clearer about what to do with the waste. Great location
