24 North Hotel Key West

Location was good near super markets and a few fast food options too. Not too far from Duval street The front lobby of the hotel looked nice, also the pool area seemed alright but we did't use it or go out there due to too many people around each other. The hotel next door had loud rap music blasting which was annoying. When we got to the room it was alright. Seemed clean, However the nightstand between the beds had problems with the drawers staying shut. They kept rolling open, the safe in the closet didn't work at all, the mini fridge wasn't cooling good. I had to go down stairs to the lobby and asked to have someone fix or replace it. Even when they changed it, it still didn't cool good enough. Overall for the money I paid and they even tacked on a resort fee per night I felt was not worth while. There are better options available around key west.

It was a last minute trip for us so we didn’t go for top of the line hotel. Overall stay was good but negatives were: not enough chairs at pool because we only got chairs once in four days; maids didn’t come to room at all so we had to ask for clean towels and more shampoo and I was sad no balcony to sit on in morning

Nice and quiet, far away from the rowdy party scene of keywest's duval st! Pool is amazing, elevators a little gliche and slow at least one, stairs a better option during housekeeping times! Bar by the pool, what else do ya need!

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend girls trip to get away from the cold winter up north. The staff were very friendly and were in contact through text once a day asking if there was anything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and there was a mix of families, friends and couples. The views were lovely being right on the water and it’s just a 10 min drive downtown. There is a free shuttle but we just didn’t get a chance to get to use it.

Terrible service at the front desk and with food and beverage. Suites have a kitchenette but there are no utensils, plates, or anything available. This is a $100 a night hotel, don’t be fooled like I was

I thought this hotel was nice, room could have been cleaner, ( seem a bit outdated) they have nice staff and a shuttle that runs every hour to Duvall street which made it very convenient. The pool is beautiful and clean and they have bar on site and Starbucks

Good location, fairly quiet for Key West. Took advantage of the shuttle to Old Town, very convenient. Nice pool area. Covid aware and compliant.

We had a great time. Staff was super helpful!

Our stay was wonderful, room was clean and the staff were extremely attentive. Great location to all the action.
