Seacoast Suites on Miami Beach

Large rooms but poorly run. Beach and pool chairs collected at 5 pm contracted with neighboring residences which close at 6 pm. WIFI HORRID-disconnects repeatedly and unsecured. Friendly front desk and easy check-in but nothing beyond. Mail unreliable,towel replacement takes days. No cleaning. No one ever answers the phone at front desk or housekeeping. They change your room or cancel your reservation completely at will especially if someone offers more even if one prepays and has a written confirmation. They don't seem to care.

Horrible Wi-Fi, long elevator wait, had to beg front desk for new towels which rarely arrive,room had no bathtub plug, tv's did not work until repaired,no safe until we called and was installed for first time, hour long wait for someone to answer phone at front desk so had to go down elevator each time,mail arrived 2 days later than Amazon indicated,mail room girl spoke no English but was otherwise pleasant, limited mail room hours of 10-5, mail often could not be found for days,no room cleaning. Engineering Dept. was good for repairs and was responsive. Pool area was nice,clean with fresh towels.Beach service and lounges were excellent.

Need improvement in customer service, i wasn't given the room we booked, we used the same towels for 4 days, we asked so many times for new ones and we had never given, also we requested housekeeping and a crib and they didn't say a thin, bad experience. The bathroom was dirty it seems that they just spay water and don't brush, we had found cockroaches

Worst experience ever .. don’t trust the pictures Personal at the front desk unprofessional they don’t care about your satisfaction , no housekeeping during our stay for 5 nights, and you have to ask many times to get towels the first day we waited for more than 3 hours to get clean towels .. and everyone was unhappy to do their job except the young guy who’s in charge of the beach towels, and the girl at the niki bar other than that everything was out of order ...

My stay was horrible the room was freezing I tried to put the room temp to reach 73 unfortunately front desk told me to shut off the system that they will send someone up to my room I called 3 times front desk to no avail no one never came. The next morning I spoke to the manger which was very very unprofessional accusing I wanted a free stay I never ask in my life for that I pay for for the things I like to do. I explain to him I was cold my room reach 68 and he still just didn’t care. He told me the building does not have heat. If that’s the case why front desk didn’t tell me that when I called 3 times instead say they where sending someone over? I slept with a jogging suit that I had thank god. If I didn’t have the 3 kids with me age 4-8 and 12 I would of packed up and went somewhere else unfortunately again it wasn’t possible. Manager didn’t care what so ever. Totally disgusted with the situation even more how the manger treated me and my girlfriend very unprofessional and very insulting. One last thing I even call hotels.com he spoke with front desk again she also told them they sending someone up. I put a claim and waiting for you guys to email me back

Everything was ok but both of our carpeted bedrooms smelled of urine. The property itself was dated. Nice views from the corner suites and our room was nice and big. We never had a house keeper come to change towels or take out trash, I guess you have to call every time.

Terrible hotel and service, nothing worked in the room. The AC was very loud and didn’t work properly, had no internet connection for 2 days.

The apartment was in a great location, pool was nice but very cold. The unit was not cleaned well. Had dirty underwear in the closet, blood in the bathroom and a few dead bugs. Also very noisy. Front desk and security staff were were rather rude.

Nothing like the pictures posted and on your website, way more rundown

Rooms are big and spacious. Good location. Parking fee is way too much. Pool was not clean. Generator was working and was very loud and was disturbing. We mentioned to the front desk and we were ignored.
