Very noisy water pipes banging in the night road-noise, roof dusty lights covered in the dust of and wall joints dirt fall in the joins, very limited coffee, sugar , milk. Advertised breakfast but no breakfast due to COVID 19 very dated hotel. take your own supplies soap tea, coffee, milk

Great spot to stay, short walks into city section.

Comfortable and clean, not overpriced and very polite

We go to this motel each time we stay in Toowoomba - the rooms are very comfortable and we get great service from the manager and staff. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Nice place to stay. Very clean room and a comfortable bed. The dining options close by were an added bonus.

There was no one at reception when I presented to check in and had to use self service with a dial in to the property manager. I personally like face to face check in.

My granddaughter who stayed with me just loves the pool...breakfast was excellent, especially the pancakes- yummo The manager was super helpful as was the cleaning staff. Will be staying agsin when next in Toowoomba. Cheers and thanks

Office unattended on a sunday, advertised 24/7 reception. Complimentary breakfast is only for those that don't have dietary requirements. Some dishes in the room not clean

Nice room, clean and good to have a small kitchen, great for an overnight stay
