Breakfast need to be improved.

Reception was great but the breakfast at the hotel was to say the least poor and needs help The rooms are ok as they are quite new but are not as good as the Aloft in Riyadh which is Excellent

Room was cozy, slightly dated but worthy to come back again

Excellent hotel, spacious room with great facilities. Small matter was dark brown water that came out from shower tap, probably from rust, after running for a while, it became normal again

Clean, good location, good room! No AC at the reception area, I paid for breakfast but staff failed to tell me where it was which is why I didn't eat breakfast for both days

Every thing was arranged and clean , so i like it very much

Hotel and Room are modern clean and bright. and everything functions as it should. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide choice and excellent quality. Not impressed by the food at the upstairs terrace - very "average". Not bad just not memorable at all. Was cool when it arrived and cold very shortly afterwards. Disappointed

Very bad service, for each request you have to follow up 3 to 4 times and you have to wait for 1 to 2 hours to get what you need. No alignment between staff, everyone will direct you to other colleagues to help you !!!!

They gave me a room with a very noisy ac. They sent me someone to fix it but they made matter worse and the ac was even more noisy. I asked for them to switch my room but they told me the hotel was fully booked. Another issue was that I put my laundry in the laundry bag and specifically told reception for them to take my laundry. This was at 9am. I then came back around 4pm to the hotel and see my laundry untouched. So they told me they have to give it back to me tomorrow. I had to argue with them multiple times to have my laundry on the same day and it wasn't my fault. After all that they send me someone to take my laundry. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
