I heard it’s a great place to stay. I got 2 single beds, one of them was shockingly touching the floor. I would not call it a bed. Now, the second bed - smelled bad and stains on it. How come a hotel of this standard be so careless. This bed he’ll uncomfortable shaky and noisy. I did not expect this for the money paid for it. Staff was not at polite but was very grumpy. I was suppose to have a business dinner in of their restaurants but I canceled it. Never coming back to property and would not recommend it to anyone, as I am big spender of hotel rooms. I didn’t even feel like calling the front desk or the room service about it to refund my money or give me a different room which they could have easily done, coz I can evidently see what’s the level of attention given to their rooms. Very very disappointed and gonna leave great review for them on business bureau.

room was full of mosquito's and was bitten several times. housekeeping took over 1.5 hours to attend. breakfast was sent incorrectly and my food was cold - a complete mess however the server karan was fantastic. very disappointed with abhishek the manager - promised me a stay and meal as a gesture of goodwill however that email was never received. stay elsewhere this is not the hotel it is made out to be.

I must say that the first impression was brilliant. As soon as the driver named Hussain picked me up from the airport, I felt valued and appreciated. After arrival at the hotel i was greeted by Akanksha from the Front desk team who acknowledged me by my name. I was then escorted to my room straight from the car in one very swift and effortless motion. Must say, till then my smile kept on getting bigger. It is after this it went downhill. Went to take the shower, and the first impression i got was it needs to be more spacious. It just felt like too many things have been cramped up in a very small place. Also i must highlight this fact that the Bathroom for sure needed to be cleaned properly. That was the most unsavory experiences for me to see such a refined and polished property and the Bathroom wasn't even cleaned properly, with satins on all the tops, and hair in sink and bathtub, to mention few things. Tried to order Room Service and i was informed that due to covid there should be a QR code on the Study desk. After searching and not seeing anything called them again and was told that maybe housekeeping forgot to put the code and they will send someone with it which didn't happen. After struggling to to get the menu for over half hour finally I was able to place the order and was told it should take 25-30 mins, which turned into almost an hour. When the food arrived it arrived without the condiments and the card machine for payment. By this time food had gone cold.
