Good hotel, decent values, fantastic location. Would recommend.

Difficult to find, unable to park near hotel as it is in a pedestrian area, so had to carry luggage through town. Breakfast selection poor. Staff very pleasant and helpful but overall not a hotel I would go back to, but will return to Skopje as very beautiful.

Overall it was fine, negatives: although we were told there was free parking, when we turned up we were told that we should have emailed in advance to tell them we needed parking and as such there were no spaces left. Also we were told it’s hotel policy to leave passports behind the desk and when we left we saw they were just behind the desk, not even locked away which was pretty shocking. The room itself was pretty dated although fairly clean but I can’t fault the location, it’s right in the centre of Skopje

The location is excellent. It is a modern hotel and very convenient.

There is a lot of construction going on but the hotel is fine. They should remove the carpeting in rooms to present a cleaner and more hygienic appearance. They should also ensure there are adequate power plugs and tables near the bed for charging mobile phones. I had to lay my phone on the bed since there was no outlet on the side of the bed with a nightstand. Overall it was a moderate hotel.

Even though hotels.com listed fitness under the facility availability, it was not working resp. under the reconstruction.

Good, clean and reasonable. Polite staff. located in down town. A bit of a drive form airport if only staying over night.

Central location excellent, staff efficient, hotel very good standard - only disappointment was that breakfast was not included.

2 skimpy towels and a small bath mat - not up to Best Western standards.
