TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg

Stayed here for New Years Eve. Overall great experience. First the cons: I chose this hotel over the others because the picture had an oven in the photo. When I got to the room I was given 2 queens instead of the 1 king I reserved. Being New Years eve, after 9pm & me being in a good mood, I decided to just keep the room instead of having to deal with the front desk. The room was still great. It wasn't until later that I realized the kitchen didn't have the oven. My dinner was frozen things that needed to be baked. By that time I was unpacked and not going to change rooms, so I ended up having to go back out in the snow to get food. However,,, Besides them giving me the switcheroo on the room, everything else was above expectation. Very Clean. The staff was Excellent. The room design was modern and felt high end. The space was large and I was very satisfied. Had the room been correct, this would of been one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The rating was 9.2 Superb and it definitely lived up to that. Would Recommend.

Family had a great time, everything was exactly what we wanted

Great experience over the holidays. Stayed in room with kitchenette. Everything was very clean. Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Overall it was a great stay. My only complaint is that they didn’t clean our room but once, after 4 days of a 10 day trip, because we asked for it. Other than that, over the entire ten days, we were offered housekeeping one time. Now, factors were in play, such as the Thanksgiving holiday, and the pandemic... but I still feel it was a bit short. Other than that, this hotel was a comfortable home away from home for a family of 6 on a budget. I’d definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. From the beginning Emily, the front desk agent was very friendly, and gave details of hours of services offered at the hotel. She was very attentive, pleasant attitude and very welcoming. The breakfast area was very organized and clean. Karina and Margarita were very pleasant and friendly. Every morning, when we went to get breakfast they made us feel welcomed. Overall, our stay was excellent. Hotel suite was very clean, and the bed were very comfortable. The kitchen area was a plus, as it gave us a chance to cook and felt like home. I will definitely stay here if I visit Chicago again.

Had an amazing time and everything was beautiful

We had a great stay. The room was updated, very clean, and had amenities like a huge closet, kitchenette and Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom. Our check in/checkout was smooth and very courteous. There was a grab and go breakfast option with omelets and bagels. No noise issues. Overall a great stay!

This hotel is in a great location, close to the mall, IKEA and lots of restaurants. Check-in was fast and easy. The pool was open but you need to make reservations, which we were able to do upon checking in. The pool was big but there is no hot tub. We booked a room with two queen beds, it had a full size table and kitchenette and was spacious. The bathroom on the other hand was small and the shower/tub enclosure looked like they tried to repair it but did a poor job at it. They do offer a hot breakfast but it was limited. Overall this hotel was a good pick for our family.

Staff was friendly & very helpful. The location was clean and it was very relaxing.
