Sweetwater Lift Lodge

We loved the size of our condo. The fire place was nice. The front desk was nice to give us an extra hour at check out. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10 which cuts off two hours more than a usual stay. The hot tub was closed but not the sauna due to covid-19 so we were confused about that.

The hotel was great and the location is ideal. The conditions are run down and the comfort of the furniture/bedding was lacking. Overall, we were happy and will stay again.

I loved the room. It had the space we needed. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated even though that is stated on the website. And the hot tub was closed.

This property is under some construction. The parking is atrocious. We had a three bedroom unit and received one parking pass. When I pointed out that the unit holds twelve people and there is no way for us to get 12 people into the vehicles we have available to us, they relented and gave us another one. We had to buy two additonal passes. In addition to this we paid a resort fee, however none of the resort activities were being offered including free breakfast, due to covid, and the hot tub was closed down due to covid. So for our resort fee we got access to the pool and 2 parking passes. The front office was very good about getting us what we needed as the unit was able to sleep 12 but there weren't 12 towels, rags, etc. We had a breaker flip, and they got someone there to help us out in a hurry. The heating units are on the floor and not easy to regulate. One last comment. The carpets need to be cleaned. Within an hour of the kids walking around in their sock feet, the socks were black due to the carpets being dirty.

Good experience overall. Room was clean and spacious. Bath tub plug didnt work, which sucked when you have 3 little kids.

I love everything about this hotel.

Huge disappointment: I want a refund. Upon arrival, learned that the Lodge did NOT have an elevator to get to our room. When asked about ADA, no options were offered and my mother was not able to get out of the room after we got her to the room. This was awful as we were not able to get in and out of the room for the overnight stay we had with my mom/sisters. I cannot believe that we were not offered a room that had elevator access. The Lodge only provided 1 parking space for accommodations for 8 people- wanted to charge a parking fee for the 2 additional cars that we had to bring all 8 of us from across the state of Utah. They did waive the fee for the 2 cars but only after many requests and after reviewing the language on my reservation which only states limited parking but not that only one parking space was allotted and no information of the parking charges. No blankets on 4 of the beds, had to call for blankets. No pans to cook breakfast- they did deliver but we had to wait. Then noticed no spatula for pancakes- called and asked, never delivered. Fireplace is wood and not in use. Front door did not have working deadbolt for safety. Bathroom on main level door did not lock and popped open easily. Dishwasher so loud, could not run. I wanted to discuss this experience with the managers and waited 20 minutes to check out and then left after phones rang without answer and no staff at front desk. I was planning on discussion the situation with the manager at the time.

Room was dirty and really outdated furniture

Was very disappointed. They are remodeling..jacuzzi was shut down, AC in the windows, you can hear neighbors talk or walk, cars outside like you have all windows open..very old place..the only good was the price and close to Park City main street.
