Fantastic options

Hotel staff were great and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The views were A+. The room was a great value for the money. The only complains I had were that there was no shower curtain in the washroom and the AC was pretty weak. That said, it did'nt take away from a great experience.

Would recommend

Overall we had a great time here and would stay here again. The staff was really nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Location was great, very close to a bus stop that takes you to the train station and all around Sorrento. Hotel was clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The bed was the main thing I wish were better, it was pretty tough and not an actually queen bed but two twins put together which makes it uncomfortable sleep in the middle of the bed. Towels were more like sheets than towels.

The staff were extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for activities and must-sees in the area. We had three meals at the hotel restaurant during our stay and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The view is fantastic and you can catch great sunsets from the patio. The location is good but you do have to take a 10 minute bus ride to get into the center of Sorrento. I think it’s worth it for the price though and the peace you’ll feel at the hotel. It’s not very modern but everything is clean and well cared for. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean, lovely & peaceful. The staff were all really friendly & helpful and the location was great, bus stop across the road and 5 mins into sorrento. Pool area is nice and the views are lovely. We ate lunch at the hotel one day and the food was very nice & seemed to be very fresh! A few feedback points from us are: - the room was a lot smaller than the photos that are advertised, we were only there for a few days so it was fine but had we been there any longer I think it would of got on my nerves! Expedia really should have genuine photos of the size of all of the different rooms that are available just so you know what to expect when you arrive. - Breakfast, I am lactose intolerant which I mentioned the to hotel before arrival and they very kindly supplied Soya milk for me so thank you to them for that! However there was hardly anything to eat at all, again as we were only there for a few days it was ok but if we were there for a week it would of got tedious! They really should have a toaster and sliced bread at least, understand the hotel is only 3 star but I feel that’s very basic to have for breakfast and would improve it vastly, fruit salad would be good too? Regardless of the points above we had a really nice time on our minimoon :)

The hotel is in a beautiful location just outside of Sorrento. It is easy to get to by Pass and then a short walk up the hill. The staff are lovely and very friendly and helpful. The views are incredible and that’s what made our stay ok. Now the negatives. Although our room was clean it was dated and not well-kept. There were a lot of cracks in the walls but probably the worst part of the room was the bed. The bed was literally as hard as a rock and now my husband and I know what the Romans felt like sleeping on their slabs. It was not an enjoyable experience and unfortunately we were not able to have good sleeps while we were staying there. Also our room did not have a shower. It had a bathtub with a showerhead Which we had to use to manually have a shower sitting on a stool in the bathtub so we didn’t slip and fall. And trust me we are not as old as that last sentence makes us sound. Although we enjoyed hotel Dania for the views and the quiet and peaceful location we would probably not go back because of the lack of upkeep and the bed.

Amazing view!

The hotel had an amazing view of the sea and a really lovely terrace/pool area! We only wish we had the time/energy to take advantage of this more. Also, even though this was located outside of the main city, it was really easy for us to catch a bus to/from the city by just walking to a stop 3 minutes away. The reception was also really nice and helpful in providing directions. The room itself is simple - but provides everything you need for an active stay in the Sorrento area.

This property overlooks the sea with a beautiful view. The building is unique and pretty on the inside and outside. The staff at this hotel are beyond kind- they helped us one very stressful night to get to Sorrento from Naples when we had missed the last bus. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant is amazing. I can’t say enough about what a great stay we had!!! Thank you to all the staff and especially Monica for taking care of us! We will be back!

The property is surrounded by beautiful olive groves with a sandy beach within walking distance. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The element that made this property extra special is the staff; they treat you like family. Hotel Dania is a gem!

The Hotel Dania offers a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea and a friendly and helpful staff. Truly, the views and sunsets from the dining and pool potato are some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The balcony rooms views can't be beat. Be prepared for a short walk along a narrow road from the city bus stop if arriving by foot.
