It's uniquely different to Central. Lots of shops and restaurants if that's your sort of thing. We also really enjoyed a walk around the park and along the avenue of the stars. It's not very far from central and public transport is super cheap!

We liked staying in Kowloon, just off the bustling Nathan Road, and very close to Kowloon Park. Easy walk to Temple Street night market, 5 mins walkto the TST MTR station, and about 20mins to the waterfront with its excellent very cheap ($5)ferry.

This is the most densely populated place in the world, with a crazy nightlife, unique and interesting. Amazing food all around, great dimsum and bakeries, easy access to massage and various heritage sites. Definitely a busy urban environment.

It is a mixture of old and new with the latest trend and designer label shop plus just a street back, wet markets and wonderful reminders of the "real people" of Hong Kong with all sorts of manufacturing and activities to see. We love it..

It was easy to go from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island on the MTR. Kowloon was less crowded on the streets and had really nice restaurants and shopping.

Lively neighborhood with great food at low cost. Easy to walk &/or take excellent mass transit anywhere. However, pedestrian traffic is a mess.

We enjoyed seeing the new restaurants, shops, building developments, improved Harbor walkway with same great views during the day & evening.
"Booked a city view room but got upgraded sorta to a city/harbour view room due to the length of nights we were staying. Love the new go green program they have that allows you to accumulate credit if not needing cleaning daily in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed, they were very courteous. Room was clean. Bathroom could use better ventilation though. "
"We stayed 18 nights, the 3 of us had 2 large 6 ft beds. There is a kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryer, along with toiletries and slippers. The room was a good size, and there is housekeeping and fresh towels every day. There is also a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor, free for guests, and there is a sauna, steam room and showers in the changing room.
The location is excellent, it is connected to the Moko shopping mall which is quite big, with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also next to the Mongkok East MTR station and Prince Edward MTR station is only 10 minutes away. There are laundry shops in Prince Edward so that's how we did our laundry, it would usually be ready the next day or 2 days at most.
We really liked staying in this hotel, and the location is really good for us to visit family. We loved having the gym and doing our laundry was also easy. We will choose this hotel again in future."
"The staff is helpful and kind, the rooms are VERY tastefully designed with gorgeous views. No amenity frills needed when rooms are that nice. Highly recommend!"
