Staff were helpful and nice place...rooms are very small and sometimes a bit noisy but we were staying in Legian St

breakfast Was either low on quantity or cold We had to ask staff everyday for cups crockery and over the week only ever had a tea spoon on one occasion It’s the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in Staff talking loud very early in the morning It’s gated for security which is good but also means the gates were getting slammed every night We had to ask for toilet paper as it didn’t get replaced with towels etc and the paper they brought was a half a roll which screams cross contamination There were 7 of us and we were very disappointed Will not be returning to this hotel

Firstly we tried to get at you’ll so many times,but you’ll ignore our emails & calls,the hotel was not a 4 star like your lying sales person said, we would rate it as a2 star,no beach,no garden faded dirty towels,we were stuck up stairs,dirty pool,never got in to it,our holiday was ruined,the manager was good she said she would refund our money to Expedia,cos she knew we were very unhappy, but you did not have the courtesy to get back to us, so we were forced to stay there,other wise we would have moved to another hotel,we have never ever stayed in a hotel like this,it’s good for backpackers,sleep & go out ,but we are amid age couple who wanted the see sit out in the garden& relax, no instead we were stuck up stars, the staff were excellent kind polite & helpful. But for EXPIDIA 000000 for recommending this hotel to us,I said what I wanted & the guy said this was very good,it had everything we wanted in it, he lied

Loved that it was plastic free. Filtered water available to refill water bottles. Very clean. Beautiful infinity pool with pool bar. Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely and clean accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location for beach, restaurants and bars. The SPA in hotel is 10/10. The Bars and restaurants along the strip outside the hotel are cheap and good quality. Would 100% recommend.

A perfect place amid the hustle and bustle of Legian, was quiet, relaxing and peaceful thanks to the great restaurant in front of it. Fantastic location and amazing service, the staff were extremely friendly; loved our stay here.

This hotel was fantastic. As a young adult, it was located perfect for me right in the heart of the action. The pool was great, room was great and the added breakfast was awesome. Our staff was wonderful, especially Dede. He helped with booking our excursions, getting reliable transport and just being friendly. Would go back again
