Disappointed dive !

Our room was not stocked with towels or linens! There was leftover food sitting in the microwave from the renter before us! We rented a King room, ended up with two full size beds, my spouses bed had body hair in the sheets, gross! Our room keys failed many times, had to get keys, re-keyed many times to enter both building and room! Breakfast room only offered 2 cold cereals packaged cinnamon rolls and an apple! Remodeling on the property, so wasn't quiet, but was noisy! Our room was short on blankets, very disappointing and is NOT of Hotel.com standards! I have used this website for past several years and I was in disbelief when we arrived at this property for customer service, lady spoke so fast, hard to understand, our room was dirty, lady claimed no more rooms available! Check In time was 3 pm, we checked in about 3:20 p.m.

The walls are paper thin—not only could we hear people arguing above us at 4am, but we could perfectly hear the music being played next door at 7am when the neighbor was taking a shower. Someone knocked on my window at like 2am, also (like, huh??). Did not enjoy my stay.

Nightmare

There was people awake all night the room was dirty and I had no tv cause it didn’t work even after I told the staff the tv wasn’t working

A semi truck driver’s stay

The location just off of the interstate is excellent. Dining and bar were also excellent mostly offering bar food and just any favor pizza you want. The staff and clientele were personable. Meeting friendly people is always good. The king room offered your standard amenities. This hotel is under construction but the construction did not hinder the stay. Looking forward to staying again in a newly-renovated room!

We arrived at the property quite late and were very tired due travel. I had my parents with me. The property does not reflect the photos shown online. Property very outdated. The moment i got in the room, i checked the beds. When i pulled back the covers, there was black debris as well as long hair all over both beds. It was clear the room had not been cleaned. They gave us another room and the blankets had cigarette burns in it but where else could we go at 1am. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would rather pay more to stay in a nice clean comfortable room.

Excellent for the price

Came for the football game. Price was great. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly. Maid did the room. Facility is spartan, but was clean and quiet. No complaints. Would stay here again.
