Our stay in Marrakech has been truly wonderful. The place was lovely. The hotel was peaceful and it felt like home. We had a great time during our entire stay. It was a good decision that we stayed within the old town for we get to see the Moroccan culture and some of their traditions. Hotel staffs were very kind and helpful too. They welcomed us warmly from the day we arrived. They gave us good suggestions for great places to visit and fun activities to do. Also the people that we met outside are very approachable and warm. The food were delicious too, and the souvenirs were very attractive. It was such a great experience getting to know the Moroccon culture and trying out their authentic specialties. We’ll surely recommend the place. 👍

Great place to stay in the heart of Marrakech

We stayed for 3 night once we landed. Hamza, Yunis and Khalid were very friendly and accomodating at all times, from the moment we checked in to seeing us off to our car. The riad itself is made up of two houses joined which are beautiful. We ended up having huge spaces to ourselves. Photos showing the eating area, jacuzzi and one of the reading areas were basically all to ourselves. All the staff were very caring to our 3 year old son and my husband enjoyed having chai with them when they had time. Would definitely stay again after such a lovely time and wonderful welcome.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Riad Jona. It is situated near the bustle of the city, walkable distance to the Souqs, bar, restaurants, Palaces and ATMs. When it starts to feel slightly hectic, it was so nice to walk back to the quiet alley and relax at the Riad. The decorations are impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxing, there’s a heated pool and Jacuzzi to soak in. We also fit in a Hammam and massage which was a great experience. The service is probably what makes this Riad the most pleasant, special thank you to Khalid, Hamza and Younis for your kindness and top class hospitality. They were honest with any travel advice, accommodating to our stay and lovely people to be around. We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend visiting this Riad, loved it!

Great stay

I had a great stay. Interior of the Riad is awesome. Right in the heart of old Marrakech. The staff was great Kudos to Khaled and Younis who provided great service. Would come back here

Beautiful rooms and decore, but very noisy if you are on the first floor, you can here the food being prepared in the kitchen and other guests conversations because the eating area was right outside my room.

Our 2nd visit to Riad Jona and we were as pleased this time as the last. Our room was very well decorated with just the right amount of traditional and modern. The shower in our suite was worth the visit alone. The breakfasts are great and they are happy to cater for different tastes if required. The 2 front of house staff, Hamza and khaled were exceptional and made sure we were looked after without feeling intruded upon. Great central location near the Medina with the souks and restaurants close by. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Marrakech, we are already planning another trip for next year.

When you enter the Riad, you are greeted by a fantastic atmosphere with a magnificent, "typically Berber" environment, a mix of ancient and modern together. I was staying at Amber room (modern and chic yet has a mix of old Marrakech style design). The service is carried out by expert and very professional waiters, always available, friendly to exchange kind words with all their customers. Special thanks to Hamza, Khalid, Younis and all hotel staff for there hospitality. It was a magnificent experience, I highly recommend visiting this Riad in Marrakech.
