Everything was amazing, nice and friendly staff, the food was just beautiful fresh fish every day, this hotel is perfect for relaxation and quite. We rented the 4x4 quade and the sand dunes some of the best. Overall great stay.

I didn't appreciate that i had booked 2 rooms next to each other, and it took 3 hrs after check in to get one of the 2, rooms. Finally got my room about 6pm After that incident i really taught it was going to get worse but to my surprise everything else went smooth, we booked a trip to the sand dunes and the guide was really good. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Nice hotel in a laid back beach town. Best hotel on the strip and town. Very empty this time of year and basically only people on the beach. The dune experience close by is great.

We enjoyed our stay at Artisan. The staff is awesome! The facilities are great. Although the inside pool was being remodeled, we really enjoyed the other facilities. This was our second time to stay there.

Since the moment I got there the people in the front desk said the check in was at 4, but when they gave me the paperwork with the rules of the hotel to sign, clearly said 3:00pm, after getting in the room the air conditioning wasn't working, they said they'd fixed it right away, after a couple hours I had to go back to ask for someone to go take care of it, later on at around midnight I try to go in the room and the key wasn't working, I went to the front desk to get it fixed and back to my room and the key wasn't working again, I had to go down again and they send someone with me, and the key still didn't work, the place smells weird, the elevator didn't work and over all the hotel looks old and run down, not mentioning that the staff wasn't very polite, one of the woman working there starting to yell at my friend for going in the hotel with sand in his sandals and he didn't even spoke Spanish to know what she was saying, my advice is stay away from that place.

Fairly new facility, well maintained. Friendly staff. Chachalakas somewhat out of the way for pleasure travel. Good food in hotel restaurant. Nice ocean front view from our room.
