Quality Inn & Suites Victoriaville

I was at room 422. The compressor of the aircon seems to be loud at times, so I needed to turn it off to make sure I sleep silently at night. The top electrical sockets near the bed aren’t working, and the bottom ones aren’t sturdy so my phone charger was loose, but working. The bathroom fan is loud as well and needs either cleaning or replaced. An electrician needs to go there and fix it all. The beds are great, cleaning is excellent, pool fluorine is a bit strong but after a couple of times putting your head under the water is fine. I was alone so perhaps background music would have been nice. Whirlpool is amazing. Service excellent. Room was really clean with very good beds. Good free breakfast, but the best is 24/7 free coffee, the, hot chocolate, and juices. I’ll be returning to this location next time. ;)

Je ne connaissais pas cet hotel à Victoriaville mais l'expérience fut agréable dans la mesure des conditions qu'entraînent la covid. Bien situé (si vous disposez d'un moyen de transport), grand stationnement, bonne propreté, notre séjour fut très agréable.

Dans l’un des lits, il y avait des poils. Durant la soirée et la nuit, il y avait du bruit que je n’ai pu identifié. Une tuyauterie? Je l’ignore (chambre 223).

Convenient, quiet, very clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed. A free charging station in the basement let me charge my Prius Prime. There is also a Tesla charger here. I would certainly come again. Loved our stay!

I stayed in this hotel for one night for a work trip. Overall, it was fine. There was nobody at the front desk when I checked in and every other time I went back and I had to yell into the back office to get someone's attention. The room was clean and had a fridge and basic amenities. Overall, fine for a short stay.

Decent sized room. Breakfast was lacking in choices

All was good. I did not like the selection of tv channels. They had more channels in the past.

Premier accueil excellent, samedi le 23 novembre 2019 vers 13h. Le garçon prépare les papiers pour la chambre. Je reviens à 15h, l'heure où ma chambre est prête, accueil d'un nouvel employé attroce. Arrogant, le garçon ne trouve pas mon dossier et m'accuse presque de ne pas avoir de réservation. J'ai beau lui expliquer que je suis déjà passé et que quelqu'un a préparé ma clé de chambre, rien à faire. En soirée, ce même employé détestable me reçoit à l'accueil toujours aussi désagréable pour me dire qu'on ne pouvait pas se baigner faute de serviettes à offrir aux clients. L'endroit était très bruyant dû à un nombre élevé de famille avec leurs enfants qui jouaient au hockey dans la ville. L'hotel n'a exercé aucun contrôle de propreté des lieux et de tranquilité. A 22h, le samedi, des enfants criaient à tue-tête dans les couloirs :" Huguette la grosse quéquette !". La pisicne s'est vidé d'eau tellement c'était le bordel. On n'a même pas pu aller s'y relaxer. Je ne peux pas croire que les employés de l'hotel ne soient pas intervenue.

The staff was so lovely. We drove all night to get to Quebec from Boston and they let us check in at 9 AM instead of the allotted 3 PM. They also responded immediately to our noise complaint when children were running up and down the hall yelling. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast was hardy and coffee and tea was available all day.
