Boulan South Beach

Amazing Hotel, this was our second visit to the Boulan South Beach and everything was as perfect as it was before. I have to say I was a little nervous when reading some of the recent reviews, but for us it was great. I want to send a special thanks to all the staff at the front desk. The customer service was great.

Wonderful Hotel with very large rooms. If you are staying for more than one day, you have to be sure to request cleaning when you check in. Their covid policy is not to clean rooms unless requested by the guest. Room was nice, had a huge terrace on it. The pool was great, though we didn't have much time to use it. Will definitely come back soon.

We originally booked this hotel for just one night. We enjoyed the place so much, we booked a second night. This place is wonderful, and would be perfect for a longer vacation. Rooms are spacious, clean. Balconies are large, and staff is very friendly. The best part is you don't need to wake up early to get a chair at the pool.

Awesome hotel, great stay at the Boulan. Staff at the front desk was very helpful, the kids had a great time at the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel. Huge rooms, big balconies, and we had a kitchen in our room, which we didn't really get to use but will definitely next time. Staff was friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean. The restaurant downstairs was our go to for a lot of meals. Food was excellent.

I booked the penthouse for 2 days but super excited that I didn’t book a longer stay. The overall appearance is amazing however the cleanliness and safety needs more attention. The penthouse was equipped with an electric counter top and oven...don’t forget to purchase oven mitten if you plan to bake. No source of heat! The front desk rep stated it’s due to the age of the building. The balcony door handle was hanging off the hinges, vanity cup broken, and tiles in bedroom laying on the floor were the few safety concerns. The comforter was dirty but had a comforter cover to hide the dirt. The entire penthouse was dusty and not ideal for someone who suffers with allergies. I went to the cvs (1 min walk away which is a plus) purchase microban, bleach, laundry detergent, and multi purchase cleaner to avoid finding another place to stay last minute.

Hotel really doesn’t look like the pictures. The restaurant is awful. Staff is terrible and rude. Our stay was “okay”.

I had a few days off from work and the family decided to visit Miami to check the Seaquarium and let the kids enjoy some marine wildlife up close. We booked the suite with a balcony which had a great ocean view. The suite had all the amenities we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed relaxing pool-side and soaking up some sun. Overall, it was a very much needed short vacation. Will definitely recommend Boulan to all friends and family.
