It can be very expensive but there's loads of good stuff to do for free or relatively cheaply (copenhill, round tower, little mermaid statue, return train journey to Malmo). Tívoli gardens was the only thing I would describe as poor value for money.

Copenhagen is hip, stylish, and walkable, with beautiful architecture and vibrant neighborhoods. It offers fantastic food options but can be quite expensive. A perfect city for exploring culture, design, and enjoying a modern, Scandinavian atmosphere

A beautiful city, steeped in naval history coupled with modern architecture and forward thinking in relation to climate change. The Danes are so kind, helpful and polite. Fantastic Christmas markets at Tivoli, great museums and culture but expensive.

15 minutes on the train from airport to central station. Tivoli has a selection of rides from toddlers to thrill seekers. Lots of cafes and restaurants too - all set in beautiful gardens. Don't miss the evening shows, which are included. Fireworks

Copenhagen is a lovely city, even in January! There are many great eateries. Nice shopping- I'm into barefoot shoes and they had lots of shops, unlike in England. If you like liquorice I recommend visiting the Lakrids by Búlow factory!

Copenhagen is a very walkable city- you can get the fast, efficient and cheap Metro if needed and the main tourist attractions are near a station. Most of the main attractions are easy enough to walk to and is flat city so no hills etc!

Copenhagen is a walkable city. We were there for 3 days and just walked. Lots of coffee and pastry shops to at, and lots of things to see. One of the most beautiful, safe, well managed and clean cities. The people are wonderful.

The METRO transit system is very good so take advantage of it. Download the DSB app to purchase tickets on the fly. You can board the subways on the honor system but resist the temptation to fare evade. They do check frequently.
