Shadow Ridge by All Seasons Resort Lodging

We stayed with our 3 grown children. This condo offers plenty of privacy for spacing and sleeping, the 3 full bathrooms were very convenient. The kitchen was very functional and made it easy for us to prepare a big family breakfast before leaving .

Beautiful clean and comfy condo with everything we needed in our room for 5. We had a great view of the mountain also. A little frustrating to be told there would be towels at the hot tub and then get to the hot tub and none there. I know they have limited staff, but they need to provide the services to maintain the facility. Isn’t that part of what we are paying for?

Not-so-good. The smell of chemicals in the halls was very strong. The bathtub jet's pressure was very low. There were no towels available at the bathtub. People staying next to us were extremely loud all night. The fridge didn't work, but it was replaced.

The room was great, except the thermostat didn’t work and we were freezing. They were putting new carpet in and woke us up in the morning.

This place was a ghost town--no one in the lobby and everything was completely shut down due to Covid. Keys left in a safe, and a phone on the wall to check in. NEVER saw another guest inside the property and it felt like we were the only ones there (although there were half a dozen cars in the parking garage, so somebody was there). Hallways smelled of fresh paint; clearly recently renovated. Our condo unit exceeded expectations--it was large, comfortable, had great beds and clean linens. Showers were hot and we had plenty of water for 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own food the entire time we were there. Great TV and viewing options. Quiet, clean, and perfect! Highly recommend for an affordable and easy family getaway and just a couple of blocks' walk to Main Street.

Very nice location and hotel.

At first I wasn't sure if I would like it because when we got to our room it was like stepping into a Grandma's house with weird decor. An incident happened, so my friend and I were upgraded. That was a huge step up to what we had. It was a suite that was recently remodeled. Very nice. One bad thing is that they painted in the hallways and there was no ventilation and I nearly passed out and it gave me an instant headache every time we left.

The lobby and hallways are still old but they are making major revisions and the room we were in was adorable and very nice. Huge closet and jetted large tub.

Great condo very comfortable! Nice with 2 bathrooms. Only issues were instructions to call elevator not very clear from garage when just getting there (have to use your room key) and the hallway had just been painted and the smell from the paint was strong in the main hall
