Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

The place is very beautiful but bit outdated. I was able to obtain an upgrade thanks to the VIP. There is free transportation from the airport to the hotel. Free breakfast was outstanding.

It’s a good place for families and groups. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great with snorkeling in front of the hotel. Very convenient. I did not like the food at all. When there’s a fish taste on the chicken and salad, and the breakfast didn’t have anything healthy other then fruit and the eggs. Perfect place to get fat and unhealthy. Sorry to say this. But this was a serious issue for a healthy conscious person like me. Nice gift shop. But will not come back here..

Great staff and great snorkeling right out in front of the hotel

The property was beautiful and well kept. Great location and lots of activities. There was nothing we did not like!

The property was very nice. Great views. Not having an elevator was a little inconvenient

I loved having an entire condo - meant that when the weather was bad, we had a really wet day, we could order room service and have our meal delivered to condo but could sit in comfort in our lounge to eat with proper silver ware and plates etc. The pool was attractive to look at and pleasant to swim in. We mostly sat on the beach and swam in the ocean but I was impressed that there were always loungers available.

I travel all over the world -- hence I stay at a wide variety of properties. The key to having an excellent property is the people that work there. Infinity Bay has genuinely happy people working at it. When a property has happy people working for it, everything about the place becomes wonderful. It's clean. It's right on the best beach in the world. There is nothing negative I can say about the place. After four years of going to Infinity Bay, all I can say is I look forward to going back next year.

Great location- right on the West Bay beach. Perks include a gym and free breakfast and wifi. Plus room service and transport to/from the airport. Drinks were pricey I discovered- when I walked places nearby with much cheaper for the same thing. Property is well kept. Service was excellent.

I travel to Roatan every year since I discovered it. Believe me: if price is not a problem, Infinity Bay is the BEST place to stay in West Bay, period. PROS: Staff is so great, rooms have everything (even lifts, yes, a "luxury" in Roatan) and it's not "beach front" but actually ON the beach! Dive shop, spa, gym, pool, beach front restaurant, great service... I loved this place! CONS: Some of the furniuture seems old, a little worn out, not everything, but at some places you notice it.

Beautiful hotel with views that are breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful!
