Urine stained toilet from previous guests

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the toilet was covered in urine stains. The room on sixth floor was similar to prisons I have stayed seen. The door had a hole in which was filled in with cardboard and the closet door had been sellotaped shut. We contacted reception and they allocated a new room, but little or no apology.

Hotel not good

No kettle in bedroom staff not helpfull at all,we arrived there just after 2130hrs the restaurant had just closed no where open as all closes on a sunday in poland,the staff refused to make us a coffee we had to wait till next morning, the pillows were all lumpy and the free wifi was a waste of time it couldnt even run my tablet we didnt stay long we found better hotel.

Not a bad hotel

Decent hotel, nice room. A bit out of the way from the main city.

Not great to say the east

The reception staff seemed rather odd. I turned up and they asked me 3 times if I actually had a reservation (?!). Then they asked when I booked it (like it mattered). I rang reception and asked for some more shampoo and shower gel (as they only put 1 tiny bottle in my room) but I was asked to come downstair and get it. On my last day I was meant to check out at 12:00. I received a phone call from reception at 12:01 asking my to leave the room... The one positive thing from my stay was a lovely lady who was a cleaner (Ukrainian I believe). She seemed very smiley and happy all the time, she made these little conversation which was very friendly and welcoming - unlike the rest of staff.

I was to stay 5 night in this hotel whats advertised is not as what you see the carpet looked like dirty place smelled the receptionist made me pay and gave me the key to a thirth floor man the place was filthy and yuk i got downstairs and said i cant stay here its doesn't look safe doors looked not secure wall paper look so sham they change me to seventh floor man the whole place is just filthy no aircon i walked down and sk for a refund i left at 00.00 hrs

Bright, spacious & dirty

We need almost 1 h for the check in because the staff couldn’t find our reservation They offered us a single room instead of the booked double, etc Cleanliness was very doubtful with a “dust level” in the wardrobe off ~2mm and no room service during the whole 7 days WiFi very poor +&😊 for the space and light , also for the breakfast
