Best Western Premier Miami Intl Airport Hotel & Suites Coral Gables

Front Desk department didn't live up to the Premier billing but the housekeeping staff did - they went above and beyond for me while front desk acted like guests are disturbing them.

Couldn’t shower for 2 days cause they had no towels

Absolutely the worst hotel stay and one of the worst experience of my life! Staff including management are completely incompetent, I am fluent in both Spanish and English most staff there spoke both those languages exclusively but still were not able to comprehend simply things or communicate simply things clearly. Drunk and shady people all around and in building, no housekeeping service without request no matter how long your stay and when you do request, it takes days and to top it all off after having to pay $12 a day for parking(refunded by hotels.com because I'm a Silver Member) my vehicle got broken into and everything of value in there was stolen. Oh that reminds me of another thing, the police was called to this place everyday we were there for something crime related happening to a guest and the employees seemed either num to it or just didn't care. We checked out days early, after getting our stuff stolen. Avoid this place like the plauge, Expedia/hotels.com should be ashamed to have places like these listed on their platform. As far as this hotel goes, DO NOT respond to my post! I do not want your apologies, you guys didn't care when I was there, so don't care now because your terrible establishment is being exposed for what it is! People read the other reviews trust me do not even consider giving this place a chance!

The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is in good conditions, but too much sound on the floor above that woke me up many times overnight. They don’t clean the bedroom after three days previous notification. If you don’t notify that the bedroom needs to be cleaned they won’t do it. The type of breakfast that they mentioned is included, consist of a plastic bag with some sweet snacks and a little box of concentrated juice. On the other hand you will have to pay 12$ every day for the parking lot if you have a car with you. The restaurants inside to the hotel is only take out and overpriced.

Belkis-Maria- the lady who was working 3rd shift and decided she wasn’t able to give me toilet paper for a room I paid for in full. For four days. Not one roll. Called her at 5am comes around time to check out and I never got a call back for toilet paper. The housekeeper must be her friend because she also acted brand new,

My room was disgusting dirty, I had to complain to get a new room and it was ok

The room is not clean and the space so i like magic city casino only but i don't like the hotel the bed is not good it's a bad experience.

I like everything at the hotel, customer service; the room was super clean!

I didn’t like anything about this hotel, i would never stay here again.
