Great family stay, would recommend. Great food, lovely staff and so accomodating for kids I was abit nervous travelling with young children but felt very comfortable from the time of arrival. The only negative was a communication issue as I expressed an interest in late check out prior to arrival and sent a few emails unfortunately wasn’t able to secure due to response time but amazing stay .

Great stay, the kids loved it. We'd read some reviews so were a little unsure what to expect, but we were really happy with our room and the entertainment for the kids. We went during UK Easter holidays and it wasn't too busy, maybe Australia schools hadn't broken up yet. And there were clear signs of investing and improving the place. We loved it.

Three nights were fine. The weekend away was primarily for our three year old to enjoy the play areas and waterpark. The water facilities were great, pizza and burgers were good. We felt let down by the bento box for the little guy. The fruit was borderline edible (melon dry and the strawberry had started to change colour) and the carrot sticks and cucumber was as crunchy as an Allens snake. So I send it back and was presented fresh fruit which I appreciated, however the cucumber and carrot I was again given, had been out that long, it had white residue on it and again, bendy and soft. Not really trying on a Sunday night. On the up side Saturdays bento box was fresh and yummy.
