Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

Friendly staff, very clean throughout the hotel.

What a disappointment this place turned out to be. They had carpet installers right above our room start before 9am! We had no warning, we had to call down and ask what was going on. So irritating and rude. Plenty of other nice hotels to choose from. We won’t be back.

Room was comfortable and quiet.

It was great for the one night my family and I needed. The room was clean and the atmosphere relaxed. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. There were a gel of men in the lobby with no mask on but can't blame them hotel for inconsiderate people! Free breakfast was decent.

I didn’t even get to stay there because their system was down and couldn’t pull up my booking. I was told they had no idea how long it would take and when I wanted to cancel so I could find somewhere else to stay for the night I was promised I would not be charged. My money was taken out of my account the next morning.

The hotel is accessible to evething. Clean and food is excellent.

The hotel is very nice, looks luxurious without overpricing. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, they had hand sanitizing stations all over the place, the staff wore masks at all times. The room was big and nice, the only thing, the beds were not as comfortable as other hotels like the Hilton and the Hyatt I have stayed in. Usually those beds have really heavy down comforters which I love. This one had only had a light cover plus the "comforter" which was not thick and not weighted. Other than that, it was a great experience over all. The pool was in a good location where you were not being seen by people walking by or in the parking lot. The breakfast had good taste as well. Loved the tub, it was big enough to fit 2 adults.

Great location, extremely clean and courtesy staff. High recommendation to travelers and definitely coming back!
