Toledo Hotel

We stayed in February, so the hotel was pretty much empty as it's low season in Amman. The beds were kinda hard and the room was way too hot at night for some reason... Nothing I did with the a/c made a difference and we couldn't open the window because then the dawn prayers would've really been loud. Sadly I always realized this at 2am when I was in no position to get someone in the room to fix the temperature. Otherwise, everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. The lobby and restaurant areas are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The meals were reasonably priced for a hotel meal. Our last morning we had to catch a very early bus and were missing the free breakfast... I asked about it at checkout and they made up a little to-go bag for us on the spot, with sandwiches and fruit. It was very welcome and very appreciated.

My sister had a great time at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. Also the breakfast buffet was very good .

Checked in after mid-night. Staff at the check-in counter was pleasant. Breakfast is ordinary. Even when we had breakfast at about 8am, some food was not replenished.

everything was good apart from the smell in the bathroom.

The Breakfast Buffet was simply the best thing about the property. However, there was not enough to enjoy in relation to other amenities.

You can arrange transportation with private driver (example online Madaba round trip 25 Jod, only Jerash round trip 50 Jod etc). Very clean and helpful people!

The staff at Toledo Hotel were particularly helpful!

We stayed a couple of nights while doing Petra and Wadi Rum, so we didn’t see much of Amman, the Hotel Was perfect for what we needed, very welcoming staff
