Great hotel

The hotel was great....the only 2 issues I really had was the food was terrible as it was primarily designed for Koreans. No western food at all....the other issue was that the wifi service was equally terrible....you cannot use internet or FaceTime for more than 5 seconds before being disconnected...

Having been to Boracay previously I had seen the crown regency Prince Resort, (Which I will say is only a hotel) and I new what to expect, The hotel is situated on the main road “the only one that runs along the centre of the island at this point” The access to the main beach (at the start of boat station 1) is a 4 min walk if you turn right when coming out of the front doors, cross the road and walk along to the back of the Astorea hotel resort where you will find a short “clean” passage which will bring you directly at the start of the main drag, On your way between your hotel and the passage there is a ATM which is part of a bank and I used it all the time as it appeared to be the best ATM on the island. The hotel was only what I expected for the price I paid, I don’t recommend the breakfast unless you only want a cup of coffee “ if you slip along to the D mall (about a 5 min walk going to the left out of the hotel) Check out Rumber’s in the middle of the Mall for a good breakfast, and meals. If you are on the large size you wont like the bathroom as it is very small and no space to put your toiletry things. My main complaint was the other gests (mainly Koreans) slamming the doors, but I must say my stay in two other places in Boracay “one a 4 star rating” had the same problem.

Small room along the main road

Small room. Along the main road. Supermarket Basement. 24hr open. Good air on, clean room. Just 3to5min walk to the beach.

Small comfortable rooms

Rooms were comfortable and the hotel was close to the beach. Unfortunately there are NO fridges in the room. This is very very unfortunate and makes an enjoyable experience less so. NO internet connection apart from the lobby/dining room area which also isdisappoints if you are an internet junkie.

extremely disappointed

The website states many amenities that are NOT offered such as shuttle to jetty port and use of swimming pool which they don't even have on this property and you aren't allowed to use at their other property contrary to website information. We could not get any help getting our 7 bags from our room to the lobby at checkout ad it was myself a child and a 7mo. Pregnant wife yet I couldn't get help. The doormen were helpful in finding pay transportation at least and they were the only friendly people I encountered in the property. They used a loud machine for some reason at 11pm. One night till I told them to stop. Further the staff was not helpful in most of the needs I had. The hotel is not well maintained considering it is supposed to be a higher end hitel. And the extending of my stay due to weather was a nightmare. I stead of simply honoring the price I got online the very morning that weather and a sick child forced us to stay I had to find a computer to re register via. Website or pay nearly 3 TIMES the rate. I will never stay at any crown regency property again. Neither will anyone in my family or my company

Horribel Stay at Crown Regency Hotel Boracay

the guard at the lobby was extremely rude. he stopped me from entering the hotel because i have someone with me- saying i only booked for one person. i booked a room, and a room is for two people. the lady at the reception was hopeless agreeing with the guard. i will never come back to this hotel ever again, the rate is expensive compared to La Carmela Hotel which is absolutely much better with their facitlities and absolutely beach front at that. i then moved to La Carmela Hotel for another 8 days, what a relief!

a quite one

everything is o.but the breakfast price is not as same as the listed in hte loby. the broken items are charged very high. Toilit pepar holder stick is not firm and easy to roll out and be charged
