Nice location ,clean room ,friendly staff and very good breakfast!

In general everything was clean and in order, the breakfast served was of a good quality and we were able to get in and out of Bologna centre with ease either driving or by bus. Above all though the staff were beyond reproach. I would most definitely stay there again.

ideally placed for a stop over when travelling long distance. within easy reach from the motorway and with excellent facilities. the swimming pool and the outdoor area are a major bonus. Also dog friendly***

Amazing for the price. Seemed very secure and quiet area. Great staff. Comfortable clean bed. Restaurant dinner was good. Breakfast buffet was really good. Huge variety of food and drink. Will definitely stay here again.

OK, it’s fair to start and say the gardens and the outside of the hotel are beautiful and the staff try incredibly hard (very helpful, quick to respond and resolve issues.) is also like to say the breakfast is great. But here are the issues 1) it’s really not conveniently located, getting to central Bologna is two bus journeys / a 40 minute trip each way 2) you’re limited on where you can eat. The hotel restaurant doesn’t have a great choice of food (if you don’t eat meat / seafood it’s not good at all) there are two restaurants within walking distance which are nice 3) the outside is gorgeous but the rooms are not four star, bed was uncomfortable; only one very flat pillow (granted when I asked for another one it was provided) the room was noisey, the decor is old fashioned the wallpaper was peeling the sink was damaged, the show either scolded or was freezing cold. 4) the outside around the pool is just a feed ground for bugs. Masses of wasps, mosquitos and midgeys. We each had bites in double figures and on the last day didn’t leave the room as a result 5) the inability to pay on card at the pool bar is a major inconvenience as is the timings the lunch is available from being so limited. Overall, I wouldn’t return.

Pool was lovely but there was a lot of little things which were very irritating. Having to stop at reception and ask for a wrist band each day which had to be worn at all times at the pool (also annoying for tan lines!), you had to wait for staff to show you to sun loungers and needed to be reserved rather than just being able to help yourself, food by the pool was very limited serving times and usually waiting a while to be served even when there was a lot of staff floating about. Both jacuzzis were out of use for part of our stay.

Strange and unclear pool rules. Difficulty accessing room (too many locked doors you can only use to exit rather than enter with room key).

A good hotel , very clean and good service , close to restaurants but in a quiet location , lacked a bit of atmosphere but staff were friendly

We have been to this hotel twice now and both stays were great. The hotel is a little outside the centre of town but we like this as we can leave the hustle and bustle behind and relax around the pool. A bus stop is a couple of 100 metres away and is regular into town. The only issue is that it only runs till about 2100hrs. This however caused us to seek out the local restaurants which were excellent. We love the intimate feel of this hotel and will be back

this is not a 4 * neither 3 * hotel. The beds are small and not comfortable, the hot water flow in the showers in terrible, and the service in the breakfast room - not welcoming at all.I I asked for an Iron - due to safety reasons they don't allow them in the rooms (that's OK), but they also don't have Ironing room so the only solution was that they will charge me 8 Euro (!!!) for ironing 1 shirt. amazing...
