Hotel Daniel Graz

As usual, a perfect location to stay near the main train station and city centre. Even in these difficult COV-19 times, a stay at the hotel Daniel is like a short holiday.

We got into an accident and could not continue our trip to the hotel. I have written to the hotel on that night explaining why we are not coming and they thanked me. Next day I asked if we can stay with discount another time. Short reply came 2 days later: we will charge your card as per agreement you have signed and no discount, voucher or other compensation is possible. In other words, we have your money now and that is all we care about. Not a nice attitude at all. Very sad.

We enjoyed the our stay at Hotel Daniel Graz, but we must point out that the room looked better in the online pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon our arriving, the bathroom light in our room was not working so we went to report it to the staff. The lady informed us that the technician is already gone (it was Friday at around 18:00), but she'll find a way to fix it. We went to visit the city and upon our return, the light was fixed. Our overall experience at Hotel Daniel Graz was great.

Tolles modernes Hotel , super Frühstück, guter Service, schöne Zimmer. Lage am Bahnhof, somit toll an das Öffentliche Netz angebunden.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel was nice and clean and it's in a great location!

The bed was comfortable but there was no desk and the bedside table didn't work so well. The show would not drain so I was moved to another room but that one wasn't much better. No conditioner in the bathroom. Beat thing about the stay was the location by the train station.

Coming out of Graz Central Train Station the first thing you see is the large sign on the Hotel Daniel - a welcome sight indeed if you are dragging luggage! The service was good as well as the breakfast. However, the room we stayed in was too small for two people, the bed was too firm, and the air conditioner under performed. The shower had no privacy from the rest of the room as it had a glass wall.

Great breakfast. Convenient location. Nice smaller rooms. I also really like the soap.

Liked the location of hotel (have been there many times) but this time the cost has increased - the breakfast at Euros 18 per person compared to last years price has doubled - too high. Possibly will have a rethink next year
