The service was terrible for the price of the hotel

The room wasn’t clean, the refrigerator wasn’t working, there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom, several times I called the front desk from my room and my cell phone and no on answered for a very long time. The walls are very thin so I could hear people’s conversations very easily and every time people opened and closed their door it was very loud and my room shook. Two of the four elevators weren’t working so it took a long time waiting for one and people were piling on without masks, ignoring covid regulations. People walked around the hotel maskless and hotel staff didn’t enforce mask wearing. It felt unsafe. Upon arrival I was so disappointed & uncomfortable I booked a flight and left Miami earlier than expected. And it was totally, outrageously overpriced and took advantage of the demand.

The hotel was over booked and under staffed. They said its was only going to be booked 50 percent capacity and it was at almost 100 percent. Rhe first night we got there our room jad no towels and was cleaned right. Qe waited till 1 in the morning to fet towels. And there qere two people working downstairs and one bell boy. Restaurant was under staffed took 1.5 hours just to get food. Hotel needs to hire more people or not booked all the rooms out.

Service was very delayed with food services .. considering i got there mid week into the weekend . Servers were not atentive to any issues.. I did enjoy the pool atmosphere very much..

We had a great stay. A few things lacked such as the hotel ran out of clean towels one day, the elevators were always broken and the service at the restaurant was extremely slow. We still made the best of it

This place is a mess!!! Our room had ZERO towels .... had to call the front desk FOUR times to request TOWELS. Three out of four elevators were broken ...meaning either take the stairs up eleven flights OR wait 15 minutes for an elevator. Our room had the previous guests clothes in the drawers ....... DISGUSTING! Housekeeping only makes the bed, but does not clean the room. The rooms are nice and the staff was friendly , but I would NEVER stay here again!

In general it was a fair stay. Pleasant staff. But things are worse that before. We were there 4 years ago and things are worse this time. They said the renovatated the rooms but looks downgrading. No floor carpet and floor is woody which is so inconvenient. Small fridge. No bathing robs. There was no hand ties given to the hotel guests and we noticed a lote of people coming from outside and not guests all over the place. We requested to change our roam but the front disk kept delaying till we were frustrated and accepted it.

The hotel was remodeled but cleaning was not good. Had ants in one room and had to change. The next room had hair in the shower and sink. Front service was not friendly. Hotel also would not get a taxi for airport transfer. No wash cloths in room. Room had pretty nice view. Adult pool too small with only about 15 day beds for guest. No wait staff for pool orders.

At first, we checked into a room (beach view) that appeared to be unclean. There was hair and crumbs in the floor, and the couch was stained. We asked for another room. The hotel immediately accommodated us with another room. The second room was cleaner, but we had no washclothes and towels. The balcony was dated and not welcoming at all. It was also very small so my spouse and I couldn't sit at the table at the same time. Also, the "beauty bar" in the bathroom had products whose packaging were dirty on the outside, so we wouldn't have purchased them anyway. We stayed in this room for one night awaiting a beach front view room the following night. The beach front view room seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Again, we did not have wash clothes. So we had to ask for them AGAIN! The couches in all three rooms were not acceptable though. I asked for an extra sheet just to cover the couch. The balcony was better, but the lounge chair was dirty and wet for some reason. So we couldn't fully enjoy the entire balcony.

Beach was beautiful.
