Great location, walking distance to many key spots (e.g., ferry, restaurants, shops, etc.) The property is very well kept and love the heated pool. Also great food.

We have stayed here multiple times. Love it. Service is great, the spa is awesome- prices fantastic and they do a great job! Food is good but we typically do All inclusive for the drinks, breakfast and lunch, then eat out for dinner since there are so many great restaurants on the island. They will arrange golf cart rentals for you if wanted too. Wish they would go back to the really high end liquor though. Must say we miss that! But choices are not horrible.

Beach is perfect, staff is friendly, and food is good.

Everything was a short walk away, beach, pool, town. Didn't like that they advertise 3 restaurants when one was only for breakfast. My room also flooded everytime it rained, plus they couldn't fix my safe. They came twice to mop up. This was an upgrade that i paid 500 extra for. Never offered to move me or compensate me.

Great location - close to the action and many restaurants. The food on-site is great too! We loved the music at the BEACH CLUB BAR & RESTAURANT in the evenings...very relaxing.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms and public areas. Great beach bar/beach area. Due to limited occupancy, only two restaurants were open for dinner - Satay and the beach bar. Menu at beach bar for dinner is a little limited, but a couple each of seafood and steak options, one chicken option and some pasta. A little more variety over the course of the week would be great - but we enjoyed the food.

The staff was super friendly and they’re doing a great job of keeping the facilities sanitize. The location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and the ferry. Will definitely comeback

We stayed at PA for the second time. This time we were celebrating our long overdue honeymoon. We checked in and no one noted our honeymoon, even though I emailed them and called them twice to make sure they did something special. Nothing was done the entire trip, not even a cheap bottle of champagne or a towel animal... :( Guests were to sign that they are aware they may be exposed to COVID and do not hold the hotel liable, becaise guests can be anywhere on property without masks... After the first night, it had rained the next morning. We went to breakfast at what used to be the buffet. The menu is about 8 items, no french toast, most items except the fruit plate have eggs in them, which my husband cannot eat. We did not eat there again on our 10 day trip because the food was not good and the service took too long to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. We came back at around noon on our 2nd day and the room smelled so bad, especially in the bedroom. It smelled so strongly of sewage! I called down, about an hour later a houseman shows up, and I kid you not, stood there and continuously sprays Fabulouso into the vent for 10 straight minutes... the smell subsided a little from there but never went away. My husband and I both couldn't breathe whenever we were in the room after that - pain in our throats, stuffy noses, the whole bit. MOLD!! We slept with the A/C off to avoid more issues but after being home & seeing a doctor, we had been exposed to MOLD!

Very clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

This was my first time staying in a hotel in Isla. Honestly the best thing about this place is the staff. They were all great. Super friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time! Definitely will be back on our next couples trip.
