Nightmare

This place is disgusting. There is a family that must own it and they are the epitome of hillbilly. Place was disgusting. We found empty liquor bottles with fruit flies in our “fresh” room. The free breakfast was disgusting and they didn’t have anybody cleaning the dining area. Don’t stare here, it’s a health violation waiting to happen.

Don’t stay here

This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve never stayed at and would never stay here again. Staff very unprofessional. Rooms unkempt and unclean with things falling apart.

When we checked in @3:30 pm,no problems but room had not been cleaned,there were some cleaning ladies on our floor and they came and cleaned room and changed sheets while we waited. The room was never touched again,trash not emptied,beds not made,no refreshing of towels etc...the breakfast was awful,not many choices and the omelettes were cold.out of coffee at 8:00 am Saturday morning??? The kids checking us in were very sweet and professional.

The property was off Interstate 44 exit so you had to pay a toll right away then go to the stop light and take a right then go down to the next side street. The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient because the entrance for the hotel was right after an empty parking lot entrance that did not connect. It was a bit difficult to establish which road was the hotel parking lot. The inconvenient part was when we turned in the wrong parking lot. The street isn't lit well enough and it was had to see at night. We ended up having to turn around in a gravel parking lot that had 2 huge pot holes that were almost the whole width of the exit. That was extremely inconvenient. A bit better lighting and maybe an arrow sign to clarify which drive is the Holliday Inn Express would be nice. Other than that it was perfect! It smelled nice when we walked in. The staff called me by name and that was really nice. Very friendly and attentive. Also the staff was dress properly in full uniform and was neat and clean. She was wearing her name tag. The room was very clean. We were traveling with our dog. When we left the room I left my cell in case he started barking or an emergency. The text me to let me know the had noise complaints about the dog barking. She was so nice about it. Thank goodness we were only 5 mins away. Didn't get time to have breakfast before leaving. I was bummed about that. I would stay here again

Motel attractive on outside, continental breakfast was tasty and more than expected, room and bed comfortable. PRO- Very questionable traffic entering hotel at all hours of the night from the side doors.

The girl that waited on me was friendly. Our room was clean. Only thing I think the hotel needs to work on is the elevator. It was very slow. I think it needs some mechanical attention. Other than that everything was good.
