Candlewood Suites Boise-Meridian, an IHG Hotel

Everything was good except the bed. We expected a queen and their idea of a queen is a full size bed. It was smaller than we expected and they have no King size in the hotel.

2 night stay. 1st night was good. 2nd night Dish TV stopped working at 7 pm. I attempted to call front desk at 730 and discovered the phone in our room didnt work...we could hear front desk but they could not hear us. My husband went down to front desk to notify them to attempt to get TV fixed and ask for a couple clean towels as I got into tub. Manager came up to room with my husband but made my husband come into bathroom to get our dirty towels(with me in tub and manager inside oyr room) before he would give him clean towels. Looked at our TV basically said Sorry I'll give Dish your room number and did not address our phone issue. Our plan for the rest of the evening was watching TV. Not impressed with this customer service 😒

Recommend this place. The rooms are very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, nice kitchenette, quiet area. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only downside was in the advertisement it said there was a spa tub, my room not have

I needed a hotel at the last minute since the friends i was supposed to stay with came down with Covid. This was near my elderly parents. It was excellent! Super clean , great service ! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Good clean hotel with comfortable beds. There is an amazing sushi restaurant in the same general area (2 minute walk).

The room was nice, had lots of great amenities, bed was super comfy, and the hotel had everything you need. I was asked three times between 8 and noon (checkout time) when I was leaving/checking out. Seems excessive. I check out when I check out and then you can clean the room. I was leaving before check out time but 3 times to knock on the door is a lot.

We travel for business a ton and therefore stay in hotels as much. We scheduled 3 rooms for two weeks. Hotel cancelled 2 of our 3 reservations due to late arrival. Max at the front desk was not helpful at all and his only contribution to the solution was virtually nothing. After and hour on the phone between the hotel and Orbitz, Orbitz finally got the hotel to get out other two room reservations reinstated and checked in. That you for the great service Orbitz! After all that one room did not have functioning heat we ask for a different room and we were told that was not an option at that time and we would have to deal with it until the next morning. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with.

Everything was great, the hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. I would have loved to have an indoor pool for exercise, but they had a nice 24 hour gym.

Very clean and comfortable

The hotel is conveniently located in Meridian. It’s close to I-84, shopping and dining. Items in the snack shop in the hotel were very reasonably priced. The only down side was having full-size rather than queen size beds in the room, but we made it work.
