Seemed like we were the only people at this hotel. During our 3-night stay, we saw staff ONCE -- when we checked in. After that, it was DESERTED. Our room was made up just once, there was nobody to ask even basic questions. If this hotel is so concerned about Covid19, then shut down, but don't entertain guests without providing the most basic services.

Very helpful hotel staff and peaceful luxurious environment for a couples retreat. We LOVED the hot tub on the deck overlooking main street!

The best location.Great building. Very good size of suite. Bad manteined. Bad service. We had to ask twice for toilette paper and soap. Room was cleaned too late. Back from skiing at 16:30 and room as we left it at 8:00 The lobby is empty! Not even a sofa. People at the counter are kind but that’s not enough. By the way there is not even a counter , just a stall in front of the lifts where one person worked. And all of this for almost 700 U$ the night for three people. Not worth while What a pitty , it could be a great hotel.

This is a beautiful property in a prime location. Everything else about this place is really really bad. The rooms look beautiful until you try use anything. There was no glasses/plates in the kitchen, no cable connection to the master bedroom new large screen TV. The new looking washer leaked large amounts of water on the floor. One of the beds collapsed when layed upon. When you check in it is one person sitting by the elevator that checks you in and responds to your request. You can't call down to talk to this person, you must walk down there to get help. When you did talk to the staff they were very nice and tried to be as helpful as they could but clearly they were limited by the number of staff helping them. For the amout of money you pay these rooms this is a very poor value. This could be a phenomenal property with better maintenance and increased staff.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo. The location is great, a block (a small one at that) off of Main Street. Staff was helpful and friendly. One word of caution, we arrived late and the main lobby was being renovated is the front desk was closed. It took us a few minutes to location the night staff. It would have been nice to know in advance. That said, check in was quick and we enjoyed our stay.

Understaffed with serious maintenance issues. Pieces falling from the building. Toilet backed up and sewage overflowed into the shower. The skeleton crew staff did their best, kudos to them. Otherwise would be great. Nice rooms, hot tub on balcony was great. Good proximity to town lift.

The entire reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub. It turned on but never heated up, bummer. Other than that room was nice, staff was nice.

At the time I booked this hotel there were not a lot of options bring it was a holiday weekend. It was also a no refunds if you had to cancel booking. I was trying to get a hold of the hotel with NO luck what so ever. After I read some of the reviews I got very nervous and was afraid this place was going to be horrible and a bad experience. This was NOT the case. We were able to check in early and the place was amazing! Location was perfect and staff helped out when needed. Yes when we checked out we had to use the radio to let them know and also needed our vehicle. Someone came within 2 minutes, got our car within 5 and we were off! This place is definitely 4-5 stars in my book:-)

I will never stay again. Our room wasn't cleaned. There is no bellman no valet. Its a shit hole. I want my money back
