Comfort Suites Foley

Poor clerk at the front desk was completely overwhelmed when we were checking in. Took quite a while to finally get our room. Opened the door to the room and it smelled like mildew. A/C never got the room cool.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, updated bathroom. The only complaint was the sofa bed mattress was dirty and we were not able to use it for that reason. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning the next time I come to the beach!

Took a quick day trip to the beach with the kids well of course corvid has to interrupt a lot of daily live activities. The pool wasn’t open and the breakfast only had raisin bagels and English muffins some poppyseed muffins nothing else minus coffee & fountain juice. I can’t get gluten like everyone else figured their at least be fruit asked and no fruit. When I checked in I asked for more towels the front desk women said no I can bring back the dirty ones???? No one has ever said that to me before. I didn’t even have a enough towels to wash the babies. Then I had to ask for lines for the pull out couch.

Planned a last minute girls trip with my best friend and could not have chosen a better hotel. 10/10 recommend and will stay again!

Honestly the best girls weekend ever here, I and my friends needed the escape and Comfort Suites gives the best service and was overall two thumbs up.

General manager is extremely rude and has horrible customer service skills

Check in was so nice. A lady named Joy answered all our questions and was so welcoming. We were only scheduled to stay one night, but we extended it another because we liked the location and the room. We have 5 in our group and the pull out bed made room for all of us.

The room was clean, bed conformable. Breakfast was plastic wrapped bagels, English muffins, etc. because of the covid 19 virus. Better than nothing!

First off, the positive: The location of the Comfort Suites Foley is unbeatable for Foley. If you are going to the area to visit the Alabama beaches, know that this hotel is in Foley (about 20 minute drive north of the beaches). But the location within Foley is very good. Located right off of Hwy 59 and with many retail businesses adjacent or within 5 minutes. Also, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and hospitable. We had accidentally booked a King room and they allowed us to switch to 2 double beds at no additional charge. They were just as friendly the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was 6-9, and they began clearing up at 8:55, so don't be late! Our concern was with the cleanliness of our room. We found hairs (not ours) on the bathroom towels and additionally on 2 of the pillows. There was also a couch in our room that none of us felt comfortable sitting on. We didn't bring up any of our concerns to the front desk since they had already been hospitable, and our stay was only for one night. If our overall stay was longer, we would have said something. So, great location (remember, it's in Foley), but the cleanliness was an issue for us.
