Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas

This is a beautiful property! The room was a suite complete with kitchenette. There is a store on site for food, toiletries adult beverages ,etc. Didn't like the salespeople that were EVERYWHERE!! They wanted to sell timeshare "opportunities" After we checked in they took us and sat us down to show us where we could find the restaurants , trolley etc. From there it quickly went downhill with a hard sell on coming to a hour and one half presentation. They charged $20 as a deposit which you could get back when you attended the presentation. I paid the $20 but decided to skip the hard sell presentation and enjoy the beach and other amenities.

Nice location, rooms are modern, good pool, good selection of food

I like this hotel, but only thing I don’t like the elevator,always stocked,than we have to step all the way to 6th floor, that make me unhappy.

Upgraded to a pent house, it was huge with beautiful views/patio but very old/dated, not worth the money.

I could not believe that this resort still charges for internet services. When I questioned the charges they gave me attitude because I wasn't a "member". When I arrived I had to meet with a greeter that told we she had a welcome package for me. She offered me a VIP card that would give me discounts at local stores and restaurants and then took it away when I refused to sit through presentations for timeshares and other hotel properties I had absolutely no interest in. She actually became nasty. It was quite the welcome package.

Having access to three different properties was nice (villa del palmer and estancia), along with direct access to the beach. This property was on quieter side and most of the activities were in the palmer property. Wish they had developed around the property as much they did on the property. Most of the staff was friendly - especially the staff at their restaurant el patreon (Joaquin, samuel, cain, benito, gloria, yusef, ricardo, maria and flavio).

Nice property with great warm pool and beach access. Great for kids. We had the one-bedroom villa which is great. Good kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer and a nice terrace. Good selection of restaurants, food was nice. We had the all-inclusive package which was a great deal. Just the signing-off the check process is cumbersome, especially in the breakfast restaurant. We will definitely come back.

I loved how friendly the staff was. No master what you asked for(towels, more butter, another serving) it was no problem. We also went to the sister resort and found that staff not at all friendly. Very rude at times And ust short. It took more effort to get them to do anything.

Great property and staff. They were very helpful doing our stay.

My wife and I travel around Mexico for vacations and we like to drink at the hotel but one thing they need to add is a bar in the pool. (Bar island). We had to wait for our server to come around to take drink order and at times it was very long.
