MUST STAY!!! This hotel is a piece of paradise in paradise. Tucked away from the busy streets you are sure to have a relaxing experience. The customer experience manager was absolutely pleasant and super helpful, she scheduled everything from restaurant reservations to taxis and personally showed us to our room. The hotel manager was friendly and checked on us when we were around and the owner was very pleasant as well! Every staff member was helpful we have ZERO negatives to say about this place. Personal pool, amazing rooms, and the view is SPECTACULAR. (The market is a 5min walk up hill, surrounded by car rentals and restaurants) This place is an experience on its own, I would say if you’re looking for the perfect place, this is it!!!

Great location great staff Bedding could be better especially for a new hotel pillows should be good quality. Also bedding didn’t have a mattress protector just a fitted sheet.

Buyer beware - “pig in lipstick”

This property misrepresents itself in a number of ways. 1 - this is not a 5-star hotel as they claim. All the furnishings are of cheap quality as is the overall finish.(ex - poor draining plumbing, low grade furniture) 2 - the claim that the property “ towers over” Santorini is a flat out lie. Anyone who has been to the island knows this is not true due to its location (unfortunately, I had to to learn this by being disappointed by Cresanto). What the hotel “towers over” is a gravel parking lot and the backside of a strip mall shopping area. NOTE - the photos are deceptive and give the allusion of elevation that does not exist. NOTE - all photos on website are of the SUNRISE, not SUNSET We booked this hotel before it opened and apparently the photos were not real. The hotel said “obviously the photos were fake” when we asked about the discrepancy between what was shown when we booked vs the actual room. In fact, the entire website for the hotel had changed since we had booked. We stayed 1 night out of 3 we had reserved since we had no other option on the evening we checked in. Immediately upon check in we voiced our complaint about the room not being the same as the original photos. We politely asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights as we would be relocating— the hotel wouldn’t oblige, even after admitting photos were fake Hotels.com support was no help in this matter. @hotels.com - What is your customer support if not for these types of issues?

Precisam melhorar muito para ser luxo.

Primeiramente atrasaram em 1 hora o meu checkin, pois o quarto não estava pronto, e depois mais 30 minutos para as minhas bagagens serem entregues no quarto. Diz ser luxo, mas se quer tem um condicionador no banheiro e um sabonete, além de um shampoo de baixíssima qualidade. Indicaram uma locadora de carro, chamada Best, a qual queria cobrar uma diária a mais e isso gerou um grande estresse. Boa cama, bom quarto e bom café. Apesar dos problemas, as pessoas do hotel tentaram resolver.

New hotel very nice and helpfull staff good location very big and nice rooms Only one thing to remember It has a sea view but not Caldera ( volcano)
