Best Western Plus Suites Hotel - Los Angeles LAX Airport

Disappointed that a parking charge applied. Was not required in over 15 years of staying at this B W in the pay.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Suites the staff was very professional no line at check in or check out. I will stay again whenever in LA taking care of business

Clean, convenient to LAX, good price, Panda Express right across the street, $10 parking fee 😏 We will stay here again.

Convenient location to LAX, clean and an amazing staff. Great price and value. The only negative is the surrounding neighborhood (drugs, thugs and rundown properties). That affects every hotel near LAX, no matter what you pay. Highly recommend

I honestly shouldn’t have expected anything more than what I had received. Before even arriving to the property I had received the most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life and get this it was from the manager his name is Prince. I had called the day before and wanted some info regarding my stay. Not only did he continuously speak over me while I was talking he even had the nerve to hang up in my face. When I arrived at the hotel I had to switch rooms FOUR times before there was a room that satisfied me. The first 2 rooms smelled like cigarettes and mind you it’s supposed to be non smoking. The third room didn’t even lock, you could close the door but you could also just push it open from the outside. The fourth room was okay besides the fact the vent is right above the shower and was extremely dusty. Oh and did I forget to mention I had to call TWICE for them to bring me pillows because the room didn’t have any! At this point I was tired of going up and down the elevator with my luggage so I just took it. There isn’t any security, as soon as you walk out the hotel the homeless is basically meeting you outside. All in all this was the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. I can say this is definitely a 2 star hotel if that. I definitely checked out the next day and called corporate as well. If you can afford it and plan to stay in Los Angeles for a long duration DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The service should be more welcome and when seeing a customer employees need to ask if they need anything and not let only one staff take care of everyone.

It was awful my card was charged multiple times I had to get room keys replaced 15 times because after using it once they stopped..rooms smelled horrible looked run down.. I couldn’t go outside without being harassed and two men tried to break in my room so I decided to leave even tho I already paid for the second night and was not refunded
