Great service and food choices, ocean view was good and we learned the difference between ocean front and ocean view. Definitely would stay again

The staff were more than happy to assist you. The resort is huge and it takes some navigating to get around, mostly by golf cart. The staff if they can’t get you to where you are going, they will get someone that can. The restaurants were nothing short of amazing and we never ate at the same place twice. It truly was an unforgettable experience.

We loved the resort, it was clean, service was great, food was excellent, and there are options to eat at specialty restaurants onsite which is fine dining at its best. There are tons of activities onsite, as well as tours offsite to the ruins, etc. There are several pools onsite, one with a wet bar. The beach is pretty and nice to sit at, not great for swimming (too Rocky). There are bars and dining areas everywhere. We hope to go again.

Great first all inclusive for the family. Great staff! Resort was busy but we were always able to find a place to lounge pool-side or orcean-side. Buffets were great, and a la carte was good.

Good all inclusive but should make more effort with young children. Didn’t provide hot water, limited changing facilities etc

Nice and well kept grounds. Entertainment was great and staff were excellent. We’ll come back definitely.

This place was fantastic. I truly can't believe that people complain about the food. There are endless options available at the buffet and the sit down dinners were tremendous. We went for a week, but decided to extend our stay by an additional 3 days it was so great. We ended up switching rooms for the last 3 days and the bed in the room was hard and a little difficult to sleep on for my taste, but that is literally the only thing I could to bring up as a potential negative. If you are thinking of booking a vacation here, don't hesitate.

Very clean, great service. No slippers and bath robes in the rooms.

Overall experience was disappointing. The room wasn’t properly clean, there was a moldy smell , we got sick 😷, every time we’re coming back to the room we were coughing and our lungs were congested . The food was ok nothing special. Will not come back
